The season ran from November 2 through November 30, 2024; its finale was scheduled for November 30 at 2 PM ET. This is a retrospective guide: the dates, rewards, and Shop offers below describe that season, not current availability.
How the Chapter 2 Remix map changed each week
Epic Games brought back the Chapter 2 Island in a reimagined form, with new featured locations and loot drops rolling out over the season. Rather than one unchanging set of points of interest, Remix’s map highlights shifted by week.

| Week and date | Featured location | What changed |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 — November 2, 2024 | The Doggpound | Snoop Dogg took over the location that had been The Agency, making it his headquarters. The Yacht featured Meowdas, while Dynamo TNTina appeared at the Oil Rig. |
| Week 2 — November 7, 2024 | The Grotto | Eminem appeared at the location, alongside a Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant. |
| Week 3 — November 14, 2024 | Ice Isle | Shark Island became Ice Isle, which Epic described as a neon-lit, Y2K-styled abandoned shopping mall. |
| Week 4 — November 21, 2024 | WRLD Point | The WRLD Point landmark arrived ahead of the November 30 season finale. |
Epic’s November 1, 2024 season announcement described these weekly location and loot drops. It also listed additional changes to the island and activities, but the featured locations above were the named weekly additions.
Bosses and their Mythic rewards
Several featured artists were tied to boss encounters and season-specific Mythic items. Epic also said Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Ice Spice could join players as allies after their respective encounters.

Which weapons and items returned?
Epic’s examples of returning loot covered pistols, shotguns, explosives, utility items, and more. The list was not a promise that every item appeared at once: Epic said some unvaulted items might be available for one week, some for multiple weeks, and some for the rest of the season.

What were Kicks, and what happened to their launch?
Kicks were introduced as Fortnite shoe cosmetics—an in-game way to customize an Outfit. Epic’s November 1, 2024 announcement planned a lineup with Nike and Jordan designs alongside Fortnite originals. It initially said the first Jordan pair would unlock in the Remix Pass on November 12 with v32.10, and Fortnite-original Kicks would reach the Shop that day.

- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
- Redemption: Online
Epic updated that announcement on November 12, 2024: Kicks were no longer releasing in v32.10. Players could still unlock AJ1 Black Toe Reimagined in the Remix Pass, but could not equip them until a new release date. Therefore, the planned November 12 Shop launch should not be treated as what ultimately happened.
The announcement said Kicks would initially work with over 500 popular Outfits and set a goal of compatibility with more than 95% of Outfits by spring 2025. That percentage was a future target, not a verified result. Kicks were in-game cosmetics; the announcement did not say that buying real-world shoes was required.

What was in the Remix Pass?
Epic described the Remix Pass as containing over 70 in-game rewards. It cost 950 V-Bucks or was included with Fortnite Crew, and progression could earn up to 1,000 V-Bucks. These are historical season details, not current pricing or access terms.
The named Outfits included Chaos Director, 1-Ball, Undercover Skye, Meowdas, and Dynamo TNTina. AJ1 Black Toe Reimagined was also tied to the pass, though the November 12 update delayed the ability to equip Kicks.

Vehicles, the Cadillac, and other additions
Motorboats were available from the beginning of the season, while Choppas were planned to return later. A 1966 Cadillac DeVille appeared around the map throughout the season. Its in-game description included hydraulics, music-responsive bouncing, and an airborne jump.
Epic also described a Snoop Dogg | Cadillac Shop bundle with an in-game car body, decals, and wheels. These were virtual cosmetics; the announcement did not make real Cadillac purchases a requirement.
Finale and limited-time Juice WRLD Outfit offer
The finale event was scheduled for November 30, 2024, at 2 PM ET. Epic said players who logged in between November 25 at 9 AM ET and November 30 at 10 PM ET would receive the cel-shaded Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit. Epic said the Outfit would later be offered in the Shop for players who missed that window. Those dates and offer details are historical and do not establish present Shop availability.
Creator guidance in the season announcement
Epic’s season notice said Support-A-Creator participants could monetize certain Chapter 2 Remix YouTube VODs, gameplay, and trailer or clip content for seven days after initial release, subject to account-linking and upload conditions. It also warned that Twitch VODs or clips could still be flagged by third-party copyright detection systems. This was guidance for that season’s content, not evidence of current program terms.
