Character reveals and game announcements

Retro re-release and upcoming content
SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos
SNK announced a re-release of the crossover fighter for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam and GOG. Nintendo Life reported July 22, 2024, as the Switch release date. These were announcements from 2024, not a check of current storefront listings.
Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes
Uzuki was reported as coming later in July 2024. Nintendo Life’s article listed July 25, 2025, but that conflicts with Destructoid’s contemporaneous “this month” framing around the July 2024 event. The precise release date is therefore not reliable from these reports.

Nintendo Life reported a slate of future event plans announced in 2024: Evo Awards in February, Evo Japan in May, the main Las Vegas event in August, and Evo France in October 2025. A Singapore event for 2026 was teased. Those were plans as described at the time, not confirmation of current schedules.
PlayStation’s 2024 event preview said Evo had over 10,000 registrants and over 50,000 attendees from 63 countries. The preview also described the debut of an Evo Art Gallery featuring controllers, community artwork, and licensed fight sticks. Those attendance figures are attributed to PlayStation’s preview, rather than independent verification. PlayStation.Blog’s 2024 Evo preview.
