Compose and command groups
Instead of treating production volume as the whole strategy, the game’s stated combat emphasis is on selecting a useful combination of units and directing that group effectively. Players can issue orders close up or zoom out to survey the battlefield. How do you get Evolution RTS?
The official download page currently points to an itch.io embed. That establishes the route named on the page, but not whether a particular build is current, installs successfully, or supports a specific operating system. Evolution RTS download page
Distribution has changed over time. Steam announced the game’s release on April 7, 2014. On April 15, 2020, developer Scary le Poo said they had requested that it be removed from Steam and named itch.io and a standalone version as other options at that time, recommending itch.io. Is Evolution RTS still being developed?
The latest sourced, explicit development-status statement is the developer’s May 15, 2022 Steam announcement: “Development on Evo is effectively concluded.” The same post discussed the build available then, economy and balance work, improvements to single-player and co-op, and lobby features.
