On April 16, 2024, a report said leaks had revealed F1 24’s Champions Edition cover and a list of 50 achievements. At the time, those details were not officially confirmed. EA later confirmed Max Verstappen as the Champions Edition cover star and published the achievement and trophy list, making it possible to separate what was reported from what the game’s publisher ultimately announced.
What the April 16 leak report claimed
Insider Gaming reported that the Champions Edition cover showed Max Verstappen amid confetti and that an achievement list had appeared on the EA App. The report counted 50 achievements, but that figure belongs to the leak report; it should not be treated as an independent audit of EA’s subsequently published list. At publication, EA had not officially confirmed either the leaked cover or the achievements. Insider Gaming’s April 16, 2024 report

What EA later confirmed about the covers
EA’s April 16 cover announcement confirmed Verstappen for the Champions Edition. The image depicts his win at the 2023 Spanish Grand Prix, where he took pole position, set the fastest lap and won the race; EA framed it as representing Verstappen and Oracle Red Bull Racing’s 2023 Formula One World Championship title. The Standard Edition cover featured Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris. EA said the Standard Edition was available in physical and digital versions; the Champions Edition was digital-exclusive, not a physical boxed edition. EA’s edition cover announcement
