- Open your in-game profile. Copy the User ID for the account that should receive the reward.
- Open the redemption route. In the game, select Menu → Redeem Code. The published guide says this redirects you to the official website.
- Log in to the official shop with that User ID. Confirm it belongs to the intended game account before continuing.
- Enter the promo code in the shop’s promo-code field and submit it.
- Check the in-game mailbox for the reward after submission. Allow a little time for it to arrive.

The code guide says rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox and may take a little while to appear. Check the mailbox after submitting rather than expecting the reward to show up immediately in another inventory screen.
