Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition includes the base game, six official add-ons and more than 150 Creation Club items. On Xbox, PlayStation and PC, access the catalog through the in-game Creations menu. Nintendo Switch 2 is the exception: its included Creations are built into the game, and it has no Creations menu.
What does Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition include?
The bundle combines the base game with six official add-ons and Bethesda’s collection of more than 150 Creation Club items. Bethesda describes the collection as including some items debuting with Anniversary Edition. Bethesda’s announcement lists the included content.
The six official add-ons
- Automatron, Far Harbor and Nuka-World are story expansions.
- Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop and Wasteland Workshop add workshop content.
Creation Club items making their debut
Bethesda’s announcement introduces the following entries as debut items. Its text says “following 9 Creation Club items,” but the list as published names eight entries before listing four separate paint jobs; the list’s count and entries do not reconcile.
- Institute Plasma Weapons — three weapon types and special legendary versions.
- Ion Gun
- Bunker Home Pack
- Cyber Dog
- Sea Scavengers — a customizable outfit and a 12.7mm Sub-Machine Gun.
- Brahmin Armor
- Railroad’s Clandestine Couture — five Railroad-themed outfits.
- Repurposed Power Armor Helmets
- Power Armor Paint Job – Pitt Raider
- Power Armor Paint Job – Air Force
- Power Armor Paint Job – Scorched Sierra
- Power Armor Paint Job – Inferno

Five free Bethesda-themed items announced for players
Bethesda announced that Morgan’s Space Suit, Doom Classic Marine Armor, Doom BFG, Quake Thunderbolt and Fantasy Hero Set would be free for all Fallout 4 players beginning November 10, 2025. That is the announcement’s availability statement; check the current in-game menu to confirm each item’s present availability.
How to access Creation Club content in Fallout 4
On Xbox, PlayStation and PC, the separate Mods and Creation Club menus were combined into Creations in the November 10, 2025 update. Bethesda says owners of Anniversary Edition and previous Fallout 4 versions can access the menu, subject to platform and regional availability. Bethesda’s Creations information explains that the catalog can vary by region, title or platform.

- Launch Fallout 4 and open Creations. From the game’s main menu, select Creations to browse the combined catalog of mods, earlier Creation Club items and newer Creations.
- Sign in to the linked Bethesda.net account if prompted. Some Creations are free; others can be purchased with Creation Credits through the menu.
- Check the item’s availability in your game. Do not assume a specific Creation appears on every platform or in every region; Bethesda says availability varies.
If the Creations menu is missing
Check that the game is up to date and that the linked Bethesda.net account is signed in when required. Bethesda’s support guidance also flags Xbox community-content privacy settings as a possible cause. For platform-specific recovery, use the current in-game or Bethesda support instructions rather than applying steps meant for another platform.
An update can also affect existing mods or Creation Club content: older items may stop working until their creator updates them. Bethesda’s support guidance describes this as a possibility, not a guarantee that a particular item will fail.

Nintendo Switch 2
The Switch 2 edition has no Creations menu. Bethesda says its included 150-plus Creations are built into the game, so Switch 2 players should not look for an in-game catalog to download them. Bethesda announced the edition for February 24, 2026, and says a physical code-in-box version is available; check the live listing for platform and redemption details before buying. Which Fallout 4 edition or upgrade should you choose?
The right route depends on whether you already own the base game, whether you own Game of the Year Edition, and whether you need the full game or only the bundle’s additional content.

Yes. Bethesda says owners of previous Fallout 4 versions also have access to the Creations menu, so the menu is not exclusive to Anniversary Edition. The edition or an upgrade is the route to the curated bundle of more than 150 included items; the broader Creations catalog can include free items and purchases made with Creation Credits. The catalog shown to an individual player can vary by platform and region.
