Find the opening clues at Wattz Consumer Electronics
Go to Wattz Consumer Electronics and check the table beneath the Black Devil poster on the entrance level. Take The Black Devil vol. 1 holotape and Connie’s note, then read the note. It points you toward Relay Tower 0MC-810. Source: Fallout Wiki

Activate Radio AM 810 at Relay Tower 0MC-810
Enclave remnants guard the tower. Find Richie near the terminal and take his note and the AM 810 music catalogue holotape.
- Read Richie’s note.
- Use the relay tower terminal to extend the satellites.
- Load the AM 810 holotape into the terminal.
- Transfer either “Stars and Stripes Forever” or “Battle Hymn of the Republic.”

Unlock Connie’s FM 52.7 holotape at BADTFL
At the BADTFL Regional Office, find Connie’s body in an interrogation room. Take the FM 52.7 music catalogue holotape and look for her confession. You can unlock the holotape using one of three routes:
- Hacker 1 or higher: hack it to generate a password list.
- Hacker 3 or higher: break its encryption.
- No suitable hacking perk: search the hole in the wall behind Connie for cigarette paper with the password clue.
Use whichever route fits your character’s perks and the clue you find. Source: Fallout Wiki
Activate Radio FM 52.7 at Relay Tower 0SC-527
Travel to Relay Tower 0SC-527, load the unlocked FM 52.7 holotape into the terminal, and transfer “America the Beautiful.” The FM 52.7 signal then becomes available. Source: Fallout Wiki
Reach the Mass Pike Tunnel
Go to the Boston Police Rationing Site. The entrance is obstructed; one described route uses a nearby shipping container to climb onto a train and then the roof, where a hole in the wall leads inside. Open the X-02 room with the tunnel radio
