Team FOLON’s “over 500 fixes” figure described work in progress in August 2024—not a patch still awaiting release. The team said it had addressed nearly all reported floating-object and level-design issues, while crash work was ongoing. Team FOLON later released Patch 1.03 together with the Rabbit & Pork DLC, describing that update as addressing thousands of issues. The sources do not map the earlier 500-plus fixes to the later total or verify that every crash issue was resolved.
What did Team FOLON announce about the 500-plus fixes?
In August 2024, Team FOLON said it had “over 500 fixes already sorted out” for a forthcoming Fallout: London patch. PC Guide’s contemporaneous report reproduced the announcement’s key details: almost all reported floating-object and level-design issues had been addressed, but the team was still working on crashes. The original Reddit post could not be accessed, so the quoted wording is available here through PC Guide’s report.
Team FOLON also said it believed one major source of video-related crashes involved “how the old video system in Bethesda’s engine interacts with AMD graphics cards.” That was the team’s assessment at the time, not confirmation that the cause was fixed in the eventual release. The team gave no deadline and expected release after returning from Gamescom and completing QA. PC Guide’s August 20, 2024 report.
Did that patch come out?
Yes. Team FOLON later announced that Patch 1.03 and the Rabbit & Pork DLC had been released together as a single update. The team said the update addressed “thousands” of bugs, quest issues, balancing problems, and other oddities identified since launch. That is the developer’s description; the announcement does not provide a precise total or a fix-by-fix accounting that connects it to the earlier 500-plus progress figure.

The Rabbit & Pork release announcement also lists 30 new quests, nearly 30 new weapons, around 80 fully voiced NPCs, and close to 70 new or fixed random encounters. These are figures published by Team FOLON, not independent measurements. Team FOLON’s Rabbit & Pork announcement.
Was the AMD-related crash issue fixed?
The August 2024 report records Team FOLON’s belief that an interaction between Bethesda’s older video system and AMD graphics cards was a major source of video-related crashes. The later announcement says Patch 1.03 dealt with thousands of issues, but it does not specifically confirm that this AMD-related cause was fixed. The available statements therefore establish that crash work was underway in 2024 and that a major update was later released, not the outcome for that particular crash cause.

What should Fallout: London players know about installation?
Fallout: London is a free, PC-only, DLC-sized mod for Fallout 4, released on July 25, 2024. Team FOLON says players need Fallout 4 and all its DLC, or Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition. Its FAQ specifies Fallout 4 version 1.10.163.0 and says a new save is required to play the mod. The release page identifies the downgrade as necessary for Steam installations; do not assume the same installation route applies to every platform.
Team FOLON says the mod is available through GOG and the Overwolf app store. Check its official setup and FAQ pages for the applicable installation instructions before changing a Fallout 4 installation:

Will an existing save keep working after the update?
Team FOLON’s FAQ says a new save is required to play Fallout: London. That requirement does not, by itself, establish whether a particular existing save will migrate safely to Patch 1.03 or how the update affects a save already in progress. The 2024 announcement’s reader comments asked about save compatibility, but they are not evidence of a specific migration outcome.
