Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

It gives wedding, party, and trip guests a way to add photos and videos to one shared album. Based on its published features, it looks convenient for collecting everyone’s pictures; the available information does not establish how reliably it performs in real-world conditions.
What is Flock?
Flock is designed to bring guests’ event photos and videos together in a shared gallery. An organizer creates an event, then invites guests with a QR code, a text link, or a six-character join code. The QR code can be displayed on a table sign so attendees can join without typing in a long address. Flock describes the gallery as live and says organizers and guests can download the full album or selected items to their camera rolls. See the official Flock site for its workflow and feature descriptions.
How easy is it for guests to join?
The three joining options are a practical fit for different event settings: a QR code for signage, a link for a message, or a short code guests can enter. That reduces the need to collect photos individually after the event. The official description does not specify whether guests need accounts, what permissions are required, or how the app handles uploads when connectivity is weak, so those details should not be assumed.
Does Flock work on iPhone and Android?
Flock’s official site says the app is available on iPhone and that Android is coming soon. Because platform availability can change, check the official site and the relevant app store before planning an event around it. The US App Store listing identifies the event app as “Flock: Event Disposable Camera App.”

How much does Flock cost?
The US App Store listing says an event is free for up to three guests. Larger guest limits are offered through one-time in-app purchases for each event, rather than a recurring subscription, according to that listing. Exact purchase prices are not established here; check the live listing for current amounts before inviting a larger group.
What do user reviews tell you?
The App Store listing has a small review sample, which is not enough to establish typical performance. Individual reviewers describe using Flock at events, including one family gathering with more than 120 guests, and others mention an engagement event or image quality. Those are personal reports, not independent tests or proof that uploads, image quality, or reliability will be the same for every event. There has been no independent hands-on evaluation of upload speed, photo fidelity, poor-connectivity behavior, or privacy practices established here.
Is Flock the right app for your event?
Flock is worth considering if your priority is a single event album that guests can contribute to using a QR code, link, or short code, and the available platform and guest limit suit your group. It is a less certain choice if you need confirmed Android support, detailed privacy controls, or independently verified performance: those points are not established by the published information described above.
