How was the Wastelander Magneto Outfit unlocked?
It was tied to Battle Pass Quests during the Wrecked season. Epic’s announcement described a seasonal quest unlock, rather than a direct Item Shop purchase. The post does not establish whether players needed any additional eligibility beyond access to the relevant Battle Pass quests.
When did the unlock window end?
Epic initially said the Wrecked Battle Pass would be available to progress until August 16, 2024, at 2 AM ET. The same announcement was updated with a new end time: the season and Battle Pass would end August 15, 2024, at 11 PM ET. The updated time is the operative date stated in Epic’s post.

Is Magneto still available in Fortnite?
The announcement confirms the 2024 Battle Pass Quest promotion, but it does not confirm current Item Shop rotation or present-day eligibility. Because the season ended in 2024, its original quest unlock window is over; the cited announcement alone cannot establish whether the Outfit can be obtained by another route now.
