Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, titled Absolute Doom, featured two Marvel-inspired Battle Pass Outfits: Captain Jonesy, the Jonesy and Captain America mashup, and Peelverine, the Peely and Wolverine mashup. The season ran from August to November 2024, so its Battle Pass is no longer available to buy.
Who were Captain Jonesy and Peelverine?
Epic’s August 2024 announcement of Absolute Doom listed both outfits in the season’s Battle Pass. Captain Jonesy paired Jonesy with Captain America, while Peelverine combined Peely with Wolverine.
- Captain Jonesy: Epic’s outfit description was “Take up the shield of justice.”
- Peelverine: Epic described the outfit as having a “Nanamantium-infused skeleton” and a “ripen-eration mutant ability.”
These are the official cosmetic names and promotional descriptions Epic used for the season.
What else was in the Absolute Doom Battle Pass?
The announced lineup also included Gwenpool, War Machine, Emma Frost, Mysterio, and Shuri. Epic said Doctor Doom would be earned through Battle Pass Quests starting in September 2024.

How much did the Battle Pass cost, and when did it end?
When Epic announced Absolute Doom, it priced the Battle Pass at 950 V-Bucks and said players could earn up to 1,500 V-Bucks back by leveling it up. The announced progression window ended November 1, 2024, at 11 p.m. PT (November 2 at 2 a.m. ET). These figures describe the original pass and its announced end date, not a current offer.
Can you still get Captain Jonesy or Peelverine?
No longer through the Absolute Doom Battle Pass: Epic Support says passes for seasons that have ended cannot be purchased. Epic’s guidance on previous Pass items says some items from Passes beginning with Chapter 5 Season 4 may be offered in the Item Shop after 18 or more months from expiration. That possibility is not a promise that either outfit will return. Check the live Item Shop for current availability.
