It is over: the pass can no longer be progressed as Season 3, and the season announcement does not establish whether any of its Shop items are available now. Epic’s Season 3 announcement is the source for its historical rewards and guitar-controller details.
What was Fortnite Festival Season 3?
Epic named Billie Eilish the Icon of Fortnite Festival Season 3. The seasonal event offered a Festival Pass with free and Premium Reward Tracks. Players earned Festival Points from Festival Quests to progress through its rewards. Epic’s current support materials call the seasonal progression product a Music Pass; “Festival Pass” is the name used for Season 3 in its 2024 announcement.
Fortnite Festival is a music-based rhythm experience. On Main Stage, players choose a song part and difficulty and perform to licensed songs and Fortnite tracks. Jam Stage lets players combine Jam Loops and adjust key and tempo. Both modes can be played solo or with up to three other players, according to Epic Player Support.
What was in the Season 3 pass?
The pass rewards were divided between the free track and a paid Premium Reward Track. Epic announced the Premium upgrade at 1,800 V-Bucks in 2024; that is the historical Season 3 price, not a current Music Pass price.

Epic described the Ultraviolet Style as exclusive to the Season 3 Premium Reward Track. It said other Season 3 Festival Pass content was not exclusive and might later be purchasable in the Shop; that statement was not a promise of current availability. Epic also said that players who already owned “Sweet Victory” as a Lobby Track before Season 3 would receive a one-time V-Bucks refund equivalent to the amount paid plus the Jam Track version.
Which Billie Eilish songs and items were in the Shop?
Epic listed three Billie Eilish Jam Tracks in the Shop through the season’s final set: “all the good girls go to hell,” “Happier Than Ever – Edit,” and “Therefore I Am.” It also announced that a new Billie Eilish Outfit and Jam Tracks from her new album would arrive later in the season. The “bad guy” and “you should see me in a crown” Emotes were announced as available in the Shop until the season’s final set. These were announcement-era details; the announcement does not establish present-day Shop status.

How did guitar controllers work in Season 3?
Season 3 introduced Pro Lead and Pro Bass parts on Main Stage for players using a guitar controller. Epic said all Jam Tracks available at the time and future Jam Tracks would have those parts. The gameplay included hammer-on and pull-off notes, with lane colors corresponding to controller buttons. Epic also added leaderboard listings for the Pro parts. At launch, the whammy bar changed the visual effect but did not add audio distortion or extra Overdrive energy.

Check Epic’s current information and the specific hardware listing before buying. Epic’s current Jam Tracks support page says Main Stage offers six selectable song parts; Pro Lead and Pro Bass appear and can be selected only when a guitar controller is connected. Jam Tracks can also be used in Jam Stage, Battle Royale, and the Lobby.

Epic Games Store lists Fortnite Festival as a free experience. Paid passes and Shop items are separate from access to the experience. A compatible guitar controller is optional hardware for Pro Lead and Pro Bass; it is not needed to play Festival’s basic modes.
