Check Epic’s live status page for the situation now, since its state can change.
Is Fortnite down right now?
Epic’s captured status page lists Fortnite and its listed services, including login and matchmaking, as operational. That is a snapshot, not a guarantee that every player can connect at this moment. For a live check, consult Epic Games Public Status, which reports component status and maintenance updates.
When were the Chapter 7 Season 3 servers expected back?
For the June 5, 2026 Chapter 7 Season 3 update, GameSpot reported that Epic anticipated about five hours of maintenance and gave an approximate target of 10 p.m. PT / 1 a.m. ET. Those times were estimates, not a confirmed restoration commitment, and apply only to that launch-day maintenance. They are not a forecast for a new outage. GameSpot’s June 5 report noted that maintenance could take longer.
