If your Fortnite wins are missing from the Career tab, Epic’s public status page currently lists both Fortnite and Stats and Leaderboards as operational. That does not confirm that an individual player’s Career statistics are recording or displaying correctly. The exact current scope of the problem—and a player-side fix—has not been verified.
Is Fortnite’s Career tab issue currently acknowledged?
Not as a verified, current general issue. A June 2025 Nintendo Switch discussion reported that players could not see current Career statistics and said Epic had acknowledged the problem. The post linked to an Epic Help article, but that link now redirects to a general Fortnite support category, so the original acknowledgement and its resolution cannot be confirmed from the official page. Players have also reported that Blitz matches played and statistics were not increasing in the Career tab. Those posts show that players have described the behavior, but do not establish an official acknowledgement, a cause, or a current Fortnite-wide bug. Read the Blitz statistics discussion.
What Epic’s current status does—and does not—tell you
Epic’s Public Status page lists Fortnite and its Stats and Leaderboards component as operational. Its incident history reports no incidents on October 8, 2026. That is a service-wide indicator; it cannot verify whether a particular win, mode, platform, or account has been recorded correctly in the Career tab.

Check whether wins were not credited or are not displaying
A missing Career tab number alone does not tell you whether a win was never recorded or whether the statistic is failing to display. Before contacting support, note the details that help distinguish those possibilities:
- Platform: Identify the system you played on, such as Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation, or Xbox.
- Mode: Say whether the match was in Battle Royale, Blitz, or another mode.
- Timeframe and version: Record when the affected matches happened and, if available, the game version.
- What is affected: Note whether only wins are missing or whether matches played and other Career statistics also remain unchanged.
Where to check for updates and report the problem
- Check Epic’s Public Status page for live service conditions.
- Check @FortniteStatus for Fortnite service updates.
- Look at Epic’s Fixes, Improvements & Known Issues guidance and Fortnite News for published known issues.
- If the statistic still appears wrong, contact Epic Support and include your platform, mode, timeframe or game version, and which Career statistics are affected.
Is there a confirmed fix?
No verified setting, reinstall, account change, platform-specific step, or other workaround is documented as restoring missing Career tab wins. Reinstalling the game or changing account settings should not be presented as a proven remedy. Use Epic’s official channels for updates and report persistent cases with the details above.
Quick Recap
Best Value
- An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
