Fortnite’s Ben 10 collaboration was confirmed in April 2026 and reached the Item Shop on April 24, according to launch coverage. The Omnitrix-themed items include character outfits and transformation cosmetics—but the available evidence does not establish that the Omnitrix grants combat powers or functions as a Mythic gameplay item.
What was included in the Fortnite x Ben 10 collaboration?
The Fortnite shop listing names digital cosmetics including Ben Tennyson and Gwen Tennyson outfits, the Omnitrix Pick, and Omnitrix Upgrade. It also lists V-Bucks prices for items; the shop result does not establish whether they are available now. See the Fortnite Item Shop.
Launch coverage described five character looks: Ben, Gwen, Heatblast, Alien X, and Anodite. Heatblast and Alien X are Ben transformations; Anodite is Gwen’s transformation. Dot Esports reported that the skins draw on the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien era. These are launch-period lineup details, not a live official inventory specification. Dot Esports’ launch coverage.
| Character identity | Transformation look | Item type described |
|---|---|---|
| Ben Tennyson | Heatblast and Alien X | Outfit or transformation cosmetic, as described in launch coverage |
| Gwen Tennyson | Anodite | Outfit or transformation cosmetic, as described in launch coverage |
| Ben and Gwen | Not applicable | The shop listing also names the Omnitrix Pick and Omnitrix Upgrade; their precise gameplay behavior is not stated in the cited material |
Does the Omnitrix have powers in Fortnite?
The confirmed material supports cosmetic transformations, not a documented combat-power system. TalkEsport reported on April 22, 2026, before launch, that no Omnitrix Mythic weapon had been confirmed or teased at that point. That is a time-bounded report; it does not rule out a later gameplay feature. The sources reviewed do not establish the transformations’ controls or exact in-game behavior, so an animated change of appearance should not be treated as proof of an attack, ability, or weapon mechanic. TalkEsport reproduced the line attributed to Fortnite: “It started when an alien device did what it did.” Coverage reported an April 24, 2026 release, and Layer Licensing independently listed that date. The release date is corroborated by coverage, not by an official launch announcement in the cited material. TalkEsport and Layer Licensing.
Can you still buy the Ben 10 cosmetics?
The Fortnite shop result corroborates the item names and listed V-Bucks prices, but it does not confirm live availability as of October 8, 2026. Check the in-game Item Shop for current rotation and prices; the listed items are digital Fortnite cosmetics, not physical merchandise.
