When did Holidays Mix-up and Horizon Extreme run?
Playground Games announced the two-part seasonal schedule on November 29, 2024. Holidays Mix-up ran December 5, 2024–January 2, 2025; Horizon Extreme followed January 2–30, 2025. The dates are historical, not an indication that either Festival Playlist is currently active. Playground Games’ announcement is the primary source for the schedule and features.

What cars were in the Holidays Mix-up update?
Playground Games scheduled four reward cars across the four Holidays Mix-up weeks and described three of the four as new to Horizon. The announcement text identifies these rewards:
- Week 1: 2024 Nissan Z NISMO
- Week 3: 2022 BMW M5 CS
- Week 4: 2014 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon
The Week 2 reward is not identified in the announcement text available here, so it cannot be named reliably from that source. The announcement does not establish whether these limited-time rewards can be obtained in the game now.

What did the winter Festival Playlist add?
Changing Stadium scenery
The Stadium alternated between a Winter Wonderland decoration in weeks one and three and an Ice Rink in weeks two and four, giving the seasonal setting a different look as the playlist progressed.
“The Flying Deutsch-man” Showcase Remix
The returning Showcase Remix, “The Flying Deutsch-man,” remixed “On a Wing and a Prayer.” Players drove a Porsche 911 Rallye through different environments and times of day. The playlist also offered a Classic Cinema Outfit reward.

What was Horizon Extreme?
Horizon Extreme shifted from the winter Stadium setup to the returning Stunt Park, with ramps, half-pipes, smashable objects, jumps, and flips. The first week also brought back the Dinosaur Pinata collectible.
Permanent EventLab locations
Starting January 2, 2025, the update added four permanent EventLab Build Stubs: Volcan, Montaña, Dunas Blancas, and Sierra Verde. Unlike the time-limited seasonal playlist windows, these were described as permanent build locations.

First-week reward car
The first Horizon Extreme week featured the 1965 DeBerti Chevrolet C10 ‘Slayer’. Playground Games described its in-game build as having 900 horsepower, six wheels, three axles, and adjustable height; those are the game’s vehicle details, not independently verified real-world specifications.
