The current official Forza Horizon 6 Car List is the best place to see every car revealed so far. It is updated over time and is not the game’s complete launch roster: Playground Games says Forza Horizon 6 has more than 550 cars at launch.
Where to find the current Forza Horizon 6 car list
Use the official Forza Horizon 6 Car List for the latest revealed models. Marked “Updated October 2026,” it covers cars announced to date, including upcoming Car Pass and Reward cars, and the page says it will be updated as future Series additions are announced. Because entries can change, consult the live list rather than relying on a static roster copied elsewhere.
The official table can be sorted and filtered by the information it provides:
- Make and car name: identify a specific model.
- Car type and performance class: compare how the game categorizes vehicles.
- Country: see the listed country of origin.
- Collection method and add-on information: check whether a car is associated with the Autoshow, a reward, or downloadable content.
Those categories describe the game’s classifications and acquisition routes; they are not real-world performance rankings.

Examples of cars revealed so far
The official list spans different manufacturers and eras. Examples include the 1985 Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT Apex, 1998 Nissan Skyline GT-R, 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo, and 2025 GR GT Prototype. Playground Games identified the 2025 GR GT Prototype as the cover car and highlighted the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser in its January 2026 gameplay announcement.
These are examples, not a complete roster. Playground Games’ figure of more than 550 cars at launch is a separate total: the revealed-to-date list should not be mistaken for a full accounting of every car in the game.

How to tell whether a car is included or how to get it
Check the specific row’s collection and add-on fields before assuming a car is available in the base game or immediately obtainable. The table distinguishes standard Autoshow purchases from routes such as Wheelspin, Seasonal rewards, Treasure, Collection Journal, Aftermarket, and DLC. A model appearing on the list does not by itself mean it can be purchased in the Autoshow.
For current in-game availability, Playground Games directs players to Collection Journal > Discover Japan > Car Collection. Use that view alongside the official list when checking a particular car’s current route.

Why the car list is tied to Japan and collection
Forza Horizon 6 is set in Japan. Playground Games says the player begins as a tourist and advances through Horizon Qualifiers and Wristbands while collecting cars and other discoveries in a Collection Journal. The studio describes the map as the largest in a Horizon game yet and says Tokyo City is five times larger than Forza Horizon 5’s Guanajuato; those are developer descriptions, not independently measured comparisons.
Playground Games has also described car-focused features including Aftermarket Cars found in the world, which players can test-drive or add to a collection; cosmetic tire wear; body kits for select cars; window liveries; and Car Meets and Drag Meets. The studio’s feature overview says steering animation can display up to 540 degrees of wheel rotation. That is an in-game animation detail, not evidence that any particular external steering wheel is compatible.

Release and platform context
In its January 22, 2026 announcement, Playground Games gave May 19, 2026 as the release date for Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Premium Edition early access beginning May 15. It said a PS5 release would follow later in 2026 and that the game would be included with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass at launch.
