Forza Motorsport 6’s Mobil 1 Car Pack added seven cars, from a 1958 Plymouth Fury to a 2016 Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe. Contemporary reports tied the downloadable pack to the game’s December 2015 update; the update also brought new Freeplay division choices.
What was in the Mobil 1 Car Pack?
IBTimes’ itemized roster lists seven cars. The models span 1958 to 2016 and include road cars, a sports car, and race-prepared entries:

- 2015 Koenigsegg One:1

- 1990 Chevrolet #30 Douglas Shierson Racing Lola T90/00
- 1963 Ferrari 250LM

- 1991 Mazda #62 Mazda Motorsport RX-7
- 1958 Plymouth Fury
The Koenigsegg One:1 was described in the report as a car requested by the community; that is the reporter’s characterization, not a documented survey result. The roster provides no lap-time or handling comparisons, so it does not establish which car is fastest or best.
Why did one report say six cars?
GamingBolt’s headline called it a “Six new cars” pack, but that article’s body and list identify seven. IBTimes also itemizes seven, so the detailed roster supports a seven-car count; the conflicting headline appears to be a counting error.

How did the pack relate to the December update?
Contemporary coverage reported the Mobil 1 Car Pack alongside the December update for Forza Motorsport 6. IBTimes’ summary of the update says players could choose car divisions for Freeplay races, with examples including 1970s GP and V8 Supercar.
The same secondary report’s patch-note summary also mentions vehicle adjustments; a fix for damage being assigned to the wrong part; a snap-mode voice-chat fix; Drivatar behavior and synchronization fixes; a fix for crashes when downloading tunes; fuel level in telemetry; and Hebrew and Arabic language support. These are details reported in IBTimes’ summary, not a directly verified transcription of Turn 10’s linked post.

Who could get the pack, and what did it cost then?
GamingBolt reported on December 1, 2015, that the pack was included for players who had bought the Car Pass. It reported a $6.99 price for other players, with individual car purchases also offered. Those are historical terms from 2015, not evidence of today’s price, availability, or compatibility.
The pack was downloadable content, not part of the base game. A listing for the Xbox One base game does not by itself establish that the DLC is included or currently obtainable.

What game was it for?
Forza Motorsport 6 is a racing simulation developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft. The contemporaneous Mobil 1 pack coverage discussed it in the Xbox One game context. A game overview also lists PC, but the pack reports do not establish PC availability for this DLC.
