How to redeem a Free Fire MAX code
- Open Garena’s official Rewards Redemption Site.
- Sign in using an available supported login, then check that the displayed account and region are the ones where you play. Garena says guest accounts cannot redeem through the site; bind a guest account to a supported login such as Facebook or VK first. The portal displays the login choices available to you.
- Enter the code exactly as provided and confirm the redemption.
- Check the result and, if accepted, look for the reward in-game. Garena says item rewards appear in the Vault and gold or diamonds are added to the wallet.
Why a code may not work
- It has expired. Garena’s portal states, “Any expired codes cannot be redeemed.”
- Your region is not eligible. Garena says codes may be region-specific. Its Spanish-language support guidance further says a code is usable only in the participating event region and during the stated period.
- Your account has already used it. Garena support says a code can be used once per account.
- The code is mistyped or does not match the format. The official portal describes codes as 12 or 16 alphanumeric characters, while Garena’s India support page describes them as 12 characters. The official descriptions differ, so do not assume one length applies universally.
Garena describes a promotional code as “Un código promocional es una secuencia alfanumérica impresa sobre una tarjeta o emitida por los influencers o eventos apoyados por Garena alrededor del mundo.” Translation: “A promotional code is an alphanumeric sequence printed on a card or issued by influencers or events supported by Garena around the world.” See Garena Free Fire Support’s Spanish guidance.
When redeemed rewards arrive
Garena’s regional support guidance gives different delivery estimates: the Spanish support article says rewards may take up to 30 minutes, while the India support page says they arrive in in-game mail within 24 hours. These are region-specific estimates, not a single universal delivery time. Check the relevant support guidance for your region if an accepted reward has not appeared.
