How existing backers can get help
If you already backed the campaign and have a shipping or backer-portal issue, email [email protected]. Funkin’ Crew lists help with shipping information, portal login and changes, and a replacement order after a package is lost in transit. The portal supports edits to your shipping address, name in credits, survey responses, and account information. Is there another way to contribute or buy official merchandise?
The official sources cited here do not establish whether Funkin’ Crew currently accepts donations outside Kickstarter or operates a public merchandise shop. The campaign FAQ mentioned shirts, pins, posters, and CD cases as campaign-era rewards, but that does not show that they are available to buy now. Avoid treating old reward listings or the backer-support email as an open payment option.

The Kickstarter FAQ is a campaign-era statement, not a current release or delivery-status update. In April 2021, it described a Steam version of the full game and Android and iOS versions for mobile; the creator said other ports were hoped for but not confirmed at that time. The FAQ also said some stretch-goal content might be integrated into the game while other content could arrive later as free updates. Those plans do not establish which items have since shipped.

On release timing, the creators said they would not put the storefront version out until they were satisfied with it, even if that meant backers received it first. That was their position during the campaign, not a present-day release estimate. Read the campaign FAQ.
