FromSoftware’s current English careers pages list open art positions, and the studio has announced The Duskbloods for 2026. But the available information does not establish the size or timing of an “ambitious recruitment drive,” or connect its vacancies to multiple upcoming projects.
What is FromSoftware hiring for?
At the time of checking on October 8, 2026, FromSoftware’s English open-positions page listed two art roles: Concept Artist and Environment Concept Artist. Those listings are a snapshot, not a guarantee that the positions remain open, and the page does not identify the games the hires would work on.

The studio describes its development culture as collaborative and invites applicants to help make its future games. That recruitment language does not specify a headcount or a project assignment.
Application materials and process
Applicants are asked to provide a résumé, work history and samples. Documents can be submitted through an online-storage link in the application form or attached to an email; application forms and supporting documents may be in English or Japanese. FromSoftware says it may contact an applicant for an interview if it finds a suitable project within six months. Interviews may take place in Tokyo or by Skype video call.

Who can apply
Applicants must be able to work in Tokyo and converse smoothly in Japanese or English. The company says successful candidates will be required to learn Japanese and use it as much as possible at work. Its English recruiting information is aimed in part at international job seekers and foreigners living in Japan.
What upcoming FromSoftware games are confirmed?
FromSoftware’s official product page lists The Duskbloods as a multiplayer action game due in 2026, with online play for up to eight players. The listing provides a release window and multiplayer capacity, but does not connect the current art vacancies to the game.

The same page lists ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN and ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON as on sale. They provide context for the studio’s catalog, not evidence about which projects are receiving new staff.
Has FromSoftware confirmed multiple upcoming projects?
In a report published June 14, 2026, PC Gamer quoted FromSoftware president Hidetaka Miyazaki as saying: “We hope you will look forward to our upcoming titles, both those already announced and those yet to be announced.” PC Gamer said it used machine translation to parse the Japanese article and email response behind the quote.

The report said The Duskbloods was the only announced upcoming project at that time. Miyazaki’s plural wording indicates that he referred to other titles, including ones not yet announced, but it does not name them or reveal their number, platforms, release dates or development status. That June report is a dated account, not a complete or evergreen list of the studio’s announced games.

- When that particular drive began or how long it will run.
- Whether the listed art roles belong to The Duskbloods or any other named project.
- The identity, number or details of unannounced games.
The current vacancies confirm that FromSoftware is recruiting; they do not, by themselves, establish a large campaign or staffing for multiple specific games.
