The Future Games Show at gamescom 2025 aired on August 20, 2025, with David Hayter and Maggie Robertson hosting the main showcase. Its broad slate mixed new reveals and world premieres with gameplay and story trailers, developer interviews, demos, release-date news and updates to existing games. Here is the lineup in show order, with announcement-era dates clearly distinguished from present availability.
How the 2025 showcase was structured
The digital main show was distributed across Twitch, YouTube, X, TikTok, GamesRadar, BiliBili, ESR and other platforms, according to the official Future Games Show broadcast listing. The broadcast description said FGS Live from gamescom would follow immediately; that companion program was hosted by FGS presenters Jules and Nathan, not the main-show hosts. A separate FGS Best of gamescom format was scheduled for Sunday, August 24.
The lineup was not a list of newly announced games alone. It included first reveals, follow-up looks at known titles, interviews, demos, release-window updates and the Ones to Play montage. The categories below describe the kind of segment each title received, not a claim that every appearance was a world premiere.

What the showcase’s release dates mean now
The dates and platform descriptions above are what event coverage reported in August 2025. A date that has passed does not by itself establish whether a game launched, and a planned window can change. For current release status, check each game’s official page or storefront listing rather than treating the showcase recap as a live availability tracker. The GamesRadar+ recap and Insider Gaming’s ordered roundup provide event-era context and, in many cases, links to the individual showcase videos.
