Which days are open to the public?
Thursday 29 October
Thursday is the first business and conference day. Business exhibition and conference programming is scheduled for 10:00–18:00, with registration counters operating 09:00–17:00. The entertainment halls are not part of the public three-day opening on this date, so a regular entertainment ticket does not provide a Thursday public visit.
#1 Best Overall
- [CHOOSE YOUR THEME] Select "Birthday Pink" for elegant glitter party passes perfect for girls, spas, and red-carpet events, OR choose the "Hunter/Gamer" editions for immersive dark anime and system level-up themes.
- [PREMIUM ENVELOPES] Stand out from generic white envelopes. Our Movie/Gamer sets include 20 Luxurious Black Envelopes with Gold Borders, while the Birthday Pink set features 20 Creative "Open-Window" Sleeves that elegantly reveal the inner ticket.
- [HEAVYWEIGHT QUALITY] Both styles are crafted from 250g matte cardstock designed for a premium feel and easy writing. The thick paper prevents bending, and the non-glossy finish ensures your handwritten event details dry instantly without smudging.
- [STUNNING VISUAL EFFECTS] Elevate your invitations with style-specific details. The Birthday edition features real Hot Stamping Gold Foil text for a luxury shimmer, whereas the Gamer and Movie editions utilize high-definition printing to simulate glowing neon lights.
- [COMPLETE PARTY KIT] Every set includes 20 Invitation Tickets and 20 Matching Envelopes or Sleeves. Perfectly sized to fit in pockets or wallets like real event passes, making them ideal for kids, teens, and adults hosting any themed celebration.
The event’s PRIMETIME livestream is scheduled for 20:00–21:00 (GMT+7) on Thursday 29 October and will be carried on major streaming platforms.
Friday 30 October
Friday is both a business day and the first public entertainment day. Business exhibition and conference hours remain 10:00–18:00, with business registration 09:00–17:00. The public entertainment halls (Halls 2–4, Ground Floor) run 10:00–20:00. Entertainment ticket-shop counters are listed as open 09:00–19:00.
Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November
On Saturday and Sunday, the published public schedule is 10:00–20:00 in the entertainment halls. Ticket-shop counters are scheduled for 09:00–19:00. These are public entertainment days rather than the two-day business exhibition and conference programme.

How much do tickets cost?
| Ticket | Price | Earliest stated access | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Day Pass | 200 baht (7% VAT included) | 10:00 public opening | Visitors who do not need early Fast Lane entry |
| 1-Day Fast Pass | 300 baht (7% VAT included) | 09:30 Fast Pass doors | Visitors who value earlier entry and a dedicated Fast Lane |
Both prices are for a single day. The 100-baht difference buys the Fast Pass entry benefit, not a multi-day ticket. If you want to attend on more than one day, plan for the applicable ticket for each day rather than assuming a one-day pass covers the whole event.
Where to buy an official ticket
The organiser identifies Zipevent as its official online ticketing partner. You can buy online through Zipevent or purchase at the event’s official onsite counters. Use only those channels: the organiser warns that unofficial or unauthorised tickets may be refused at entry.
- Choose the date you intend to attend and select either the 1-Day Pass or 1-Day Fast Pass.
- Complete the purchase through Zipevent, or plan to use an official onsite counter during the published 09:00–19:00 entertainment ticket-shop window.
- Keep the issued ticket available for scanning and bring any identification or booking information requested by the ticketing system.
- Arrive at the correct entrance for your ticket type. Fast Pass holders should use the Fast Lane and can enter from 09:30; standard public entry begins at 10:00.
Ticket-shop opening is earlier than the entertainment halls, but buying a ticket at 09:00 does not mean the standard halls open at 09:00. The published public hall opening is 10:00, or 09:30 for Fast Pass doors.
Can you refund, transfer or change a ticket?
No. The published conditions state that tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Buy for the date you can actually attend and check the ticket type before payment. A resale or gift from an unofficial seller carries an additional risk: an unauthorised ticket can be rejected even if it appears valid.
What does the Fast Pass change?
The 1-Day Fast Pass costs 300 baht and has two stated advantages: Fast Lane access and doors opening at 09:30, 30 minutes before the 10:00 standard public opening. It remains a one-day admission ticket. The published information does not promise shorter waits for individual attractions, reserved seating, or access to business-only sessions, so do not treat it as a conference credential.
Fast Pass is most useful if you want to be inside before the main public queue builds, have a tightly timed first stop, or are visiting for a high-demand activity. If your priority is simply spending the day in the halls and arriving at or after 10:00, the 200-baht pass covers the standard public opening.
Rank #3
Children, height limits and adult supervision
Under 110 centimetres
Children under 110 cm enter free. They must still be present at registration and accompanied by an adult; free admission does not mean a child can enter alone or be omitted from the arrival process.
Recommended Free Tools
Above 110 centimetres
Children above 110 cm need a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. The public rule is expressed by height rather than a stated minimum age, so measure against the organiser’s 110-cm threshold when deciding whether a child needs a paid ticket.
Planning for a family visit
- Count every visitor above 110 cm when budgeting for tickets.
- Bring the adult responsible for each child through registration and entry; the policy requires adult accompaniment.
- Allow extra time at the counter if a child is close to the height threshold, because the child must be present for the registration process.
- Alcohol sales are restricted to people over 18 who can show government-issued identification. This restriction does not change the event’s child-entry rules.
Business admission versus public entertainment admission
The business exhibition and conference run Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October, 10:00–18:00. Access is restricted to eligible industry professionals and people holding the relevant conference or VIP ticket.
A business visitor ticket by itself does not include admission to the public entertainment area. Conference delegate and VIP tickets include entertainment access; other business visitors must buy a separate entertainment ticket if they also want Halls 2–4 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This distinction matters when planning a work trip that includes an evening or weekend public visit.
| Visitor type | Business exhibition | Conference | Public entertainment area |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eligible industry professional with business ticket | According to ticket eligibility | Not automatically included | Not included; buy an entertainment ticket separately |
| Conference delegate | According to conference credentials | Included for eligible sessions | Included |
| VIP ticket holder | According to VIP credentials | Included where specified | Included |
| General public entertainment-ticket holder | Not included | Not included | Included during public hours |
The exact conference session list is not yet published, so verify eligibility and the credential’s inclusions on the organiser’s programme and registration pages before booking travel.

Accessibility at QSNCC and inside the halls
Wheelchair access
The organiser’s public FAQ says wheelchairs are allowed at the event. The entertainment area is on the Ground Floor in Halls 2–4, which can simplify movement between public exhibits, although individual booth layouts and queues may vary.
Guide dogs and other animals
The published policy says guide dogs and all other animals are not permitted inside the event halls or QSNCC. This is a broad prohibition that includes assistance animals. If you rely on an assistance animal, contact the organiser before travelling to ask whether an alternative accommodation or procedure is available; the public FAQ does not describe one.
Getting to the venue
QSNCC is described by the organiser as centrally located and accessible by public transport. Check the venue’s current transport information and allow additional time on the public opening days, when queues may form before 10:00. Visitors using a wheelchair should confirm the most convenient accessible entrance and any drop-off arrangements with QSNCC or the organiser before the event.
A practical arrival plan
- Confirm your day and ticket. Public entertainment admission applies Friday 30 October through Sunday 1 November. Business and conference credentials follow a different schedule.
- Use the official channel. Buy through Zipevent or an official onsite counter. Do not rely on an unauthorised resale ticket.
- Choose an arrival time. Standard public doors are listed for 10:00; Fast Pass doors open at 09:30. Ticket counters begin at 09:00 and close at 19:00 for entertainment days.
- Bring the right people. Children must be present at registration and accompanied by an adult. Visitors over 18 who want to purchase alcohol should carry government-issued identification.
- Plan accessibility needs in advance. Wheelchairs are allowed, but animals are prohibited. Contact the organiser before travel if you need an assistance-animal accommodation or other support not described in the public policy.
- Recheck the programme. The full session-by-session schedule is not yet available, so verify updates before setting a fixed itinerary.
How large is the show?
For context only, the organiser reports that the 2025 gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show edition attracted more than 206,159 visitors, more than 5,590 industry professionals and 294 exhibitors or pavilions. Those are 2025 figures, not a forecast or guarantee for 2026, but they indicate why early arrival, public-transport planning and careful ticket selection can matter.
