Another 29.9% fell in the $8,000–$10,000 range, which is below or equal to the price, but does not mean a loss of thousands. These are reported estimates and listed probabilities, not observed buyer results or guaranteed sale proceeds.

What does buying a Power Pack get you?
GameStop Power Packs are digital packs that reveal a real PSA-graded card. GameStop’s official overview says the revealed card is placed in the buyer’s PSA Vault account, where it can be held, sent for shipment, or sold. The purchase terms characterize a pack as a digital representation of one PSA-authenticated, graded and encapsulated trading or sports card. GameStop Power Packs overview PowerPacks Terms of Purchase

Why an estimated value is not the same as getting your money back
The listed bands compare estimated card values with the $10,000 price; they do not tell a buyer what cash they will actually receive. GameStop’s terms say an item’s value may not meet or exceed the pack price, and describe value estimates as subjective and subject to change. A resale may also produce a different amount from the displayed estimate.
The terms describe a limited saleback option for up to seven days after purchase, subject to the terms and a marketplace surcharge. If the buyer does not use that option, the card can be managed in the vault or withdrawn to a physical address for an associated cost. Neither a saleback amount nor an outside sale is a guaranteed recovery of the purchase price. GameStop PowerPacks Terms of Purchase

Are those Riptonium odds still current?
The October 11 report is the source for the Riptonium figures above; the official listing surfaced in the available sources was for a different product tier, Pokémon Neutronium at $5,000. That listing showed a 44.9% band for cards estimated at $3,500–$5,000 and said values could fluctuate and probabilities update every five minutes. Its odds cannot verify or substitute for Riptonium’s: the tiers and prices differ. GameStop’s Power Packs listing
