How to redeem a code

1. Open Garena’s Rewards Redemption Site and log in using the account linked to the game. Guest accounts cannot redeem codes.
2. Check that the displayed nickname and region belong to the account you intend to use. Codes can be region-specific.
3. Enter a code in the redemption field and confirm it. The live page displays a 12- or 16-character format.
4. Read the result shown by Garena. If redemption succeeds, rewards are delivered in game; items appear in the Vault, while gold or diamonds are credited to the account wallet.

Garena’s support guidance describes codes as generally 12 uppercase letters or numbers and usually usable once per account. Because the live site also displays a 16-character format, do not assume every valid code must be exactly 12 characters.

Why a code may not work

• It has expired. Garena says expired codes cannot be redeemed; the September 29 entries are not evidence of current availability.
• It was already used. Codes are usually one-time per account, so a previous redemption may make it unavailable to that account.
• It is for another region. A region restriction can prevent redemption even if the code was reported elsewhere.
• The entry is incorrect. Recheck similar-looking characters and enter the code as shown.
• The account or delivery has an issue. Guest accounts are ineligible. Garena also warns that a full in-game mailbox can prevent receipt of item rewards sent by mail.

An error message does not by itself identify which condition caused the failure. Garena’s response on the official redemption page is the practical check for the account and region being used.
