How does the Elemental Skill, White Clouds at Dawn, work?
White Clouds at Dawn lets Xianyun enter Cloud Transmogrification and perform a special leap called a Skyladder. The official Version 4.4 recap describes up to three Skyladder leaps. During the latter leaps, she can choose to unleash the move on the ground or in mid-air, depending on the circumstances.
In practical terms, the sequence gives Xianyun distinctive aerial movement and a way to convert that movement into a Plunging Attack. The recap establishes the leap sequence and its broad use; it does not provide the detailed damage or cooldown figures needed for a numerical breakdown.

How does the Elemental Burst, Stars Gather at Dusk, work?
Stars Gather at Dusk calls forth a sacred breeze and summons Starwicker, a mechanism Xianyun invented. Starwicker continuously restores companions’ HP and helps them jump higher. The Burst also supports Plunging Attacks with an area-of-effect Anemo damage effect. HoYoWiki’s summary likewise describes area Anemo damage, HP restoration for nearby party members, and the Starwicker summon.
The Burst therefore adds party sustain and plunge support; the Skill is the separate leap sequence Xianyun uses for movement and personal plunge setup. The official overview does not provide quantitative damage rankings or establish team, energy, or build recommendations.
