The detailed counts and selector rules come from AllThingsHow’s guides updated September 14–15, 2026; HoYoverse’s official Version 7.1 pages confirm the update and a daily login event, but do not independently verify the full package.
How many free pulls are reported?
AllThingsHow’s September 2026 guides report 1,600 Primogems delivered by in-game mail, which the guides count as 10 wishes, plus 10 Intertwined Fates from an anniversary login event. Together, those two rewards add up to 20 wishes, before any other Version 7.1 gameplay rewards. HoYoverse’s official Version 7.1 news pages show the version and login-event context, but do not confirm these specific quantities.
What else is included in the reported anniversary package?
The same guides describe more login and mail rewards, as well as two character selectors. The selector details and item list below are secondary reporting from AllThingsHow, not a complete inventory confirmed by HoYoverse.
Login and mail items
- Daily login event: 10 Intertwined Fates, 80,000 Mora, 8 Hero’s Wit, and 1 Dust of Enlightenment.
- In-game mail: 1,600 Primogems, 2 Fragile Resin, 1 Sanctifying Elixir, and commemorative gadget and pet items. One guide names the pet “Conductor of the ‘Ya-ho’” and the gadget “A Mini Trolley Problem.”
Character selectors
The guides report one selector for a Standard 5-star character and another for a limited 5-star character. The Standard selector is reported to offer eight characters; the limited selector, six. The guides say the limited selector requires completion of the Version 7.1 Archon Quest. They do not establish an objectively best choice, so consider your existing roster and team needs rather than assuming one option suits every account.

HoYoverse’s Version 7.1 news index lists the “Resplendent Starlight” daily login event. Its Version 7.1 information page also describes event programming, including an event that can award the event-exclusive “Silver Light” sword, Primogems, a Crown of Insight, and other rewards. Those are separate Version 7.1 event rewards; they should not be added to the reported 20-wish anniversary total.
