Geo Construct condition
HoYoverse’s Version 4.5 description says a nearby Geo Construct lets Chiori summon an additional Tamoto. HoYoWiki’s profile clarifies the constellation condition: the restriction applies at C0 and is removed at C1. This condition concerns her Skill’s summon, not her Burst’s twin blades.
