Common PC keyboard and mouse controls
The following mappings are a quick orientation from a secondary guide, not an exhaustive or guaranteed-current list. Keyboards, remapped profiles, and game versions may differ.

The guide’s menu-shortcut entries conflict with one another, so it is not reliable as a complete inventory or character-menu reference. Use the live Controls screen rather than relying on a menu shortcut list copied from elsewhere.
How controls compare across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and mobile
For core actions, a secondary guide offers this approximate PC-to-controller equivalence. Use it to orient yourself, not as a definitive chart: the visible prompt and your configured controls take precedence.

Mobile touch controls
On mobile, the guide describes a movement area on the left, camera gestures or controls on the right, and on-screen action buttons. These are touch controls rather than keyboard-style keybinds; the precise layout can depend on HUD settings.
Mobile controller support is not clearly settled
HoYoverse’s game-specific support page, updated October 8, 2025, says, “Controller support is currently available only on PC.” HoYoverse’s controller support article lists PC-compatible controllers including DualSense, DualSense Edge, DualShock 4, Xbox, and Xbox Elite wireless controllers.

A separate HoYoverse compatibility page, updated September 17, 2025, lists controller models for PC, iOS, and Android. Because the two official pages conflict about mobile, check the support information for your device and game version before relying on controller compatibility.
Change or check a PC keybind
- Open Settings → Controls.
- Select the action you want to change and assign a key.
- Apply the change, then check the displayed binding and the in-game prompt for that action.
If a key does something unexpected, inspect its current action binding and the prompt on screen before assuming the game is malfunctioning. The secondary guide recommends this settings path; exact labels or behavior can vary by version.

Troubleshoot input that feels wrong
If controls seem inconsistent, use these checks as a starting point. They are troubleshooting suggestions from a secondary guide, not guaranteed fixes.
- Check that the game window has focus.
- Review changed bindings and any macro or remapping tools.
- Disconnect extra controllers temporarily to see whether another device is affecting input.
- Check overlays that may intercept controls.
- If camera movement is the issue, review sensitivity and deadzone settings where available.
Do you need a gaming mouse?
No. A mouse is one optional way to play on PC; it is not required to learn or use the controls. Logitech’s September 17, 2024 announcement of a Genshin Impact gear collaboration named the G309 LIGHTSPEED and G305 mice, but that announcement does not establish current stock or availability.
