A HoYoLAB guide reports that Flower-Wreathed Feathers was featured in the Phase I Epitome Invocation from November 20 to December 10, 2024, alongside The First Great Magic and Astral Vulture’s Crimson Plumage. That is a past banner window, not a statement of current availability. See the Phase I weapon guide.
The Phase II Epitome Invocation notice, dated December 5, 2024, lists Mitternachts Waltz, Favonius Sword, Favonius Greatsword, Dragon’s Bane, and Sacrificial Fragments as boosted four-star weapons for that event wish.
