What is known about the Version 5.6 holding-rate post?
The matching post is titled “5.6 Character holding rate,” is attributed to daewid, and was published on HoYoLAB on May 17, 2025. Its indexed text asks “what is your opinion?” but does not expose the chart or its numerical contents. View the HoYoLAB post.
Without the graphic, the characters included, each reported rate, sample size, collection date, and selection method are not verifiable. It is also not established whether the figures describe all players, a subset of accounts, or a self-selected group of respondents. Calling the post an official HoYoverse reveal or treating its figures as representative would go beyond what the accessible post establishes.
What does “character holding rate” mean?
A holding rate, if that is what the missing graphic reports, would describe how many accounts in a particular sample possess a character. It is an ownership statistic about the sample, not the chance of obtaining a character from a Wish.

Those measures answer different questions: ownership rates depend on who was surveyed and when, while Wish probabilities describe the game’s stated mechanics. Without the post’s chart and methodology, its reported ownership figures cannot be assessed or compared reliably.
Which five-star characters were featured in Version 5.6 Phase II?
HoYoverse’s official Phase II Event Wish notice named Kinich and Raiden Shogun as the featured five-star characters for the event period from May 27 through June 17, 2025. That is banner information; it does not report how many player accounts owned either character. Read the official Phase II notice.

HoYoverse’s February 10, 2025 clarification gives a 0.018% base probability of triggering Capturing Radiance and a 55.000% consolidated probability of receiving the promotional character when winning a five-star character, including Capturing Radiance.
