No—the reported Xbox-related search results for Ghost of Tsushima and Horizon Zero Dawn do not confirm Xbox releases. A September 2025 report said Google results linked both games to the German Xbox Store, but the links opened a broken page, not a working product listing. Microsoft’s publishing documentation also distinguishes a game’s search visibility from its availability and release schedule.
What the Xbox Store search results showed
A Gamepressure report dated September 22, 2025 said Google results for “Ghost of Tsushima Xbox” and “Horizon Zero Dawn Xbox” pointed to pages associated with the German Xbox Store. According to the report, those links opened a broken store page rather than a purchasable Xbox product page. That is secondary reporting about a search-result incident—not an announcement from Microsoft or the games’ publisher.

Why a search result does not confirm a game release
Microsoft’s publishing documentation treats Store discoverability separately from availability. Publishers can configure whether customers can find a product through search or browsing, as well as release, preorder, and discoverable dates. A page or URL appearing in search results therefore does not, on its own, establish that a game is available or scheduled to launch.
That documentation explains why a search result should not be mistaken for confirmation; it does not establish the specific cause of these two results. The reported broken destination is consistent with a storefront or indexing quirk, but the report does not make it an official explanation from Microsoft.
