The available Global Version 2.18 tier list does not include Mityl. A September 1, 2026 guide gives her a C-tier estimate but also identifies her as not released in EN; that is not a confirmed ranking for a playable Global Doll. The Global roster snapshot below was updated September 16, 2026, and lists OTs-14 as its latest addition. Because release and banner availability can change, check your server’s current roster before making a pull or reroll decision.
Global Version 2.18 tier list
The following placements reproduce Pocket Gamer’s Global list, updated September 16, 2026. They are that publisher’s editorial rankings, not a universal measure of a Doll’s value. The list excludes Dolls released on SEA but not yet available on Global. Pocket Gamer’s Version 2.18 list

Is Mityl in Global Version 2.18?
The September 16 Global roster does not list Mityl. Loadout’s September 1, 2026 guide assigns her an estimated C tier, describing that level as situational with a real niche, while separately placing her among characters not released in EN. That makes the C placement an estimate for an unreleased character, not evidence that Global players could recruit or use her in Version 2.18. Loadout’s tier list
The official HaoPlay character-role page is a primary roster reference, but its available information does not resolve whether Mityl became available on Global after those September snapshots. No Global release date or confirmed playable tier can be established from these sources. Check the live in-game banner and roster for your server before acting on a future-character estimate.
How to use these rankings
A tier label is only useful when its assumptions resemble the content and account you are playing. The sources assess different aspects of performance, so a ranking can shift with mode, team composition, and investment.

- Enjoy the intricate details of her submachine gun, knives, pouches, bunny outfit, and the various textures seen throughout the figure
- A bunny-ear headband not seen in-game is included to further enhance her bunny silhouette

- Server and release pool: A character on another server—or in an unreleased-character estimate—may not be available to your account.
- Game mode: Campaign, boss fights, and expansion drills can reward different strengths. Signal·Frontline separates bossing and mobbing performance rather than treating them as interchangeable. Signal·Frontline’s ranking criteria
- Team role and synergy: A Doll’s support, damage, or utility can matter more to a particular squad than a broad tier label. Pocket Gamer describes Suomi as a support who provides shields and debuff cleansing as well as some damage; Makiatto is described as a long-range, single-target sniper who can also shield an ally. Pocket Gamer’s unit notes
- Account investment: Loadout says its overall PvE ratings assume some duplicate and weapon investment, so its placements may not match the value of a character on a less-invested account. Loadout’s tier list
- Specific performance axes: Signal·Frontline considers stability damage, mobility, and cleanse, and includes build variants. Those distinctions can explain why two guides rank the same Doll differently. Signal·Frontline’s ranking criteria
Pull and reroll decisions
Use the live banner and the Dolls already available on your own server as the starting point. A high placement is not, by itself, a guarantee that a character is the right next pull for your account; check whether their role and strengths address the content or team needs you actually have. Do not treat Mityl’s estimated C placement as present account value unless she is confirmed playable on your server and you have current information about her performance.
