“Golem Fist” refers to different things in different games. In Terraria, it is a Hardmode flail dropped by the Golem; in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, it is a fist armament dropped by certain Golem Smiths. There is also a Project Gorgon equipment entry, while Thing & Fist uses Fist as a playable golem character. Check the game name before following an acquisition guide.
What is Golem Fist?
It is not a single cross-game item. The name identifies weapons or equipment in several games, and a character in another. The two weapon guides most likely to be confused are for Terraria and Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.
| Game | What Golem Fist is | Where or how to get it |

Where do you get Golem Fist in Terraria?
Defeat the Golem in Hardmode. The Official Terraria Wiki lists the flail as a Golem drop with a 1/7 (14.29%) chance. The projectile is a large fist attached to a chain: it retracts after hitting a target or reaching its travel limit. If it travels far enough, impact can create a shockwave. The fist and shockwave can inflict Confused, according to the wiki’s item entry.
The wiki’s history notes that Desktop version 1.4.5.0 added the impact shockwave and a 1/3 chance to inflict Confused. As those mechanics are version-sensitive, check the game version you are playing against the current item entry.

Where do you get Golem Fist in Elden Ring?
In Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, farm the Golem Smiths wielding the weapon in Taylew’s Ruined Forge. Eldenpedia lists it as a random drop with a 3% chance. This is the drop chance reported by that reference, not a guarantee of how many attempts any player will need.
The armament deals strike damage and has the Endure skill. Its listed requirements are 24 Strength (16 when two-handing), 8 Dexterity, 11 Intelligence, and 11 Faith. Strong attacks launch the fist as a projectile. Eldenpedia records a later patch adjustment to the launch range, so consult its Golem Fist entry for version-sensitive details.
