GoSports BattlePutt is a pong-inspired putting game for two to four players. Teams putt toward the opposing side’s cups; when a shot lands in a cup, that cup is covered. The first team to make all its putts wins. The set includes an 11-foot putting mat, two putters, two golf balls and twelve cup caps, with a carrying case listed in the instructions.
How do you play GoSports BattlePutt?
BattlePutt adapts the basic objective of pong to putting. Players on opposing sides take turns aiming at the other team’s cups. A successful putt is marked by covering the cup with a cap, and the team that makes all its putts wins.

How much space do you need?
The mat is 11 feet long. Target lists the product’s overall dimensions as 2 inches high by 21 inches wide by 121 inches deep, corroborating the listed length. Those are product dimensions, not a minimum room-size recommendation. Leave extra space at both ends for players to putt and move; GoSports does not specify a required playing-area size.

Can you use BattlePutt outdoors?
GoSports describes the game for indoor or outdoor play, but outdoor use does not mean weatherproof storage. The care instructions say to keep the mat dry, store it indoors and never leave it out in the elements. The mat is described as foldable and portable; when folding it, position the two ramp ends on the outside as directed in the instructions.
