Rad-Lad is a Fallout-inspired watch face for compatible Garmin smartwatches—not a standalone Pip-Boy. It turns a Garmin’s display into a playful take on the wrist computer, with tabs for time and date, body metrics, weather, a world map and quests, according to PC Gamer.
What is Rad-Lad?
Rad-Lad Watch Face is a downloadable face in Garmin’s Connect IQ Store, created by MarekSoso. The name is a wink at Fallout’s Pip-Boy: PC Gamer writer Christopher Livingston introduced it as, “Got myself a Pip-Boy! Sorry, for legal reasons, it’s actually a ‘Rad-Lad.’” The joke is the theme; the product is software for a compatible Garmin watch, not a separate Fallout gadget.
What does the watch face show?
PC Gamer describes tabs for the time and date, body metrics, weather and a world map, alongside quests. Livingston joked that “All that’s missing is VATS.” Those are the features described in the report, rather than results of independent testing.
Will Rad-Lad work on your Garmin?
Check the Rad-Lad listing’s “Dispositivos compatibles” section (compatible devices) for your exact watch model before downloading. Garmin’s broader Connect IQ-compatible device catalog shows which watches support the platform, but platform support alone does not confirm that a particular watch face supports your model.
