In its April 2024 launch announcement, MADFINGER described a 42 km² map, PvE and PvEvP servers, and three factions with 16 players per faction. The same announcement said players could go alone or form a squad with three friends. Steam’s current requirements specify an SSD and list 16 GB of RAM as the minimum, 32 GB as recommended, and 40 GB of available storage. Requirements can change, so check the Steam listing before installing. The store page also presents the game as an Early Access release; its developer-provided explanation says, “In Early Access, your active involvement shapes the development of Gray Zone Warfare.”
