If Island Quests are missing when you start a Grepolis world, it is not necessarily a bug. InnoGames lists two eligibility routes, and quests are available only on islands that have farming villages.
How to unlock Island Quests
According to InnoGames support, you can become eligible in either of two ways:
- Complete the tutorial quest called “Daily challenges.”
- Log in for the first time to that world with more than 750 points.
If you have already passed the 750-point threshold but still do not see quests, the support article advises logging out and back in.
Check whether your island has farming villages
Eligibility alone does not guarantee quests on every island. InnoGames says, “Additionally, you can only get island quests on islands with farming villages.” Smaller islands without farming villages do not provide Island Quests. If you have met an unlock condition, check the island before treating missing quests as a bug.

Why Island Quests matter for heroes
Quest decisions determine whether you receive Coins of War or Coins of Wisdom. InnoGames’ Heroes: Introduction guide says, “Which type of Coin you will receive depends on your decisions!” Both coin types can be used to recruit heroes and level up heroes you already have.
How many coins can quests provide?
InnoGames states that finishing all available Island Quests can yield up to 24 Coins per day on a Speed 1 world. The support page does not state a publication date for this figure, and it should not be assumed to apply to worlds at other speeds.

What the official guides do not specify
The cited support pages do not provide a complete Island Quest catalog, list every decision and its coin outcome, or state each quest’s individual reward. Check the choices shown in the game rather than assuming a particular quest always awards one coin type.
