Guides published during the September 2025 Seed Stages event describe two ways to obtain it: a chance reward for submitting evolved Evo seeds, or a purchase if it appears in the rotating Pet Egg Shop. Those routes, prices, and mechanics are historical reports—not confirmation of what is available in the live game on October 8, 2026. Check the in-game event and shop before spending time or currency.
How to get the Jungle Egg
Two September 2025 guides describe the following routes. Neither establishes that the event is currently active, that the egg is in shop stock now, or that either route guarantees an egg. [c001] [c002]
Seed Stages event: a reported chance reward
During Seed Stages, players tended and evolved Evo seeds, then submitted evolved seeds to the event NPC for rewards. Beebom reported that the Jungle Egg could be among the random rewards for a final Evo upgrade; Pro Game Guides also described a chance to receive an egg for submitting evolved seeds. The reward pool included other items, so this was not a guaranteed Jungle Egg drop. Treat these as event-era instructions and use the route only if Seed Stages is available in your current game. [c001] [c002]
Pet Egg Shop: wait for stock
The other reported route is to buy the egg when it appears in the rotating Pet Egg Shop. Beebom and the community-maintained Grow a Garden Wiki report a 30-minute shop refresh cycle, but that does not mean the Jungle Egg appears at every refresh. The wiki’s stock listing is old and should not be treated as live availability or current odds. Check the shop itself for what is for sale now. [c001] [c003]

Jungle Egg pets and reported abilities
Beebom and Pro Game Guides listed these five pets in September 2025. Their abilities below summarize those guides, not official patch documentation; descriptions and timing can differ by game version. The sources do not establish current official hatch odds for each pet. [c001] [c002]
| Pet | Reported rarity | Reported ability |
|---|---|---|
| Tree Frog | Rare | Advances a random plant’s growth by about 15 minutes roughly every three minutes. |
| Hummingbird | Rare | About every 58 seconds, converts a random single-harvest plant into its seed equivalent; reportedly ignores favorited plants. |
| Iguana | Legendary | About every 79–80 seconds, changes a random frozen fruit to Chilled or Wet; reportedly ignores favorites. |
| Chimpanzee | Mythical | Roughly every three minutes, takes a random fruit to the Sell stall. Guides report that it can fail to collect the fruit, but give conflicting failure rates. |
| Tiger | Divine | Guides describe effects involving other pets’ XP or garden mutations, but differ on the exact mechanics and figures. Check the current in-game description for details. |
What to check before pursuing one
- Look for Seed Stages in the live event interface before planning around evolved-seed submissions.
- Check the Pet Egg Shop directly; a refresh does not guarantee Jungle Egg stock.
- Use the displayed in-game price and odds, if shown, rather than relying on older guide figures.
- Compare the pet descriptions with your garden goals. The reported abilities span plant growth, seed conversion, fruit effects, selling, and pet XP or mutation effects.
Why older price and stock figures are unreliable
Published Jungle Egg prices conflict: Beebom’s September 27, 2025 guide reports 30,000,000 Sheckles or 199 Robux, while the community wiki’s Jungle Egg listing reports 60,000,000 Sheckles or 179 Robux. The wiki’s Pet Eggs (Shop) page also lists a 2% Jungle Egg stock entry, but that figure comes from a stale crawl, not a live October 2026 rate. None of these numbers is established as the current price or chance; use the live shop interface instead. [c001] [c003]
