The Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event was a limited-time event reported to run from July 5 to July 19, 2025. It is over, so Blaire’s quest track should be treated as historical rather than as an active set of instructions. During the event, players completed garden, harvesting, pet, and crafting objectives for rewards that included eggs, seed packs, cosmetics, mutation sprays, and the Bone Blossom seed.
When did the Prehistoric Event run?
Community wiki listings place the event between July 5 and July 19, 2025, and associate its introduction with version 1.13.0. These dates and version details are reported by the Grow a Garden community wiki; an official event announcement was not confirmed in the sources available for this guide.
The event is therefore best understood as a completed, time-limited activity. Whether it has since returned, or whether its rewards can now be obtained another way, is not established here. Check the live game and its current announcements before relying on old event instructions.
How the Prehistoric quest track worked
Players visited Blaire in the central event area to access the Prehistoric quests. The task pool mixed different kinds of garden activity, and the available guides describe objectives as randomized rather than as one fixed sequence. Pro Game Guides gives examples such as harvesting 50 strawberries or crafting a Lightning Rod; it says players could complete quests in any order, with new randomized tasks replacing completed ones (Pro Game Guides’ event guide).

Examples of reported objectives
Followchain’s dated guide lists a broader set of examples. They show the variety of tasks players could encounter, but should not be read as a guaranteed checklist for every player:
- Planting: carrots, watermelons, pumpkins, bamboo, or mango.
- Harvesting: strawberries, blueberries, apples, coconuts, or dragon fruit.
- Pet leveling: a Dog, Golden Lab, or Bunny.
- Crafting: a Lightning Rod or Amber Mutation Sprays.
Followchain reported that three quests appeared per refresh and that the quests reset every 12 hours. Those timing details come from a third-party guide published for the event, not a confirmed official description (Followchain’s Prehistoric quest guide).

What were the Prehistoric event rewards?
Quest rewards and track milestones were separate parts of progression. The guides report that individual quests could award Ancient Cosmetic Eggs, Dinosaur Eggs, or Ancient Seed Packs. Progress along the reward bar also offered cosmetics, seed packs, and mutation sprays, with the Bone Blossom seed at the end of the track, according to Pro Game Guides.
Followchain reports that Bone Blossom was reached after 21 quests and that players could restart the track for 100 million Sheckles or 149 Robux. These are historical details from that guide; they should not be taken as current prices, requirements, or evidence that the track or seed is now available (Followchain).

How Dinosaur Eggs and pet exchanges worked
Event guides describe a pet-submission station near the quest area, separate from the quest reward bar. Pro Game Guides says players could trade unwanted pets to an NPC for a Dinosaur Egg, which could then be placed in a garden to hatch a dinosaur pet. Followchain identifies the NPC as Graham and reports that a submission could produce one to three Dinosaur Eggs or a dinosaur pet. The guides do not establish a single guaranteed output for every submission.
What the DNA Machine did
The community wiki describes a different system called the DNA Machine: it mutated a pet for one hour, then converted it into one to six Dinosaur Eggs, with a small chance of producing a dinosaur instead. This is distinct from submitting a pet at the exchange station. The machine’s description comes from the community wiki, while the secondary guides use different names and details for the exchange mechanic; do not assume the two processes had identical inputs or outcomes.
