A reported set of domains linked to Take-Two Interactive has GTA 6 fans guessing about possible in-game parody websites—but the names do not confirm that any of those sites will appear in the game. The report surfaced in September 2025, and Rockstar’s current announced release date for Grand Theft Auto VI is November 19, 2026.
What are the reported GTA 6 parody websites?
On September 9, 2025, HotHardware reported that GTAForums poster Tez2 had shared a list of domains reportedly registered by Take-Two Interactive on May 27, 2025. The names caught fans’ attention because they sound like they could belong to the irreverent businesses and services often imagined in a Grand Theft Auto setting.

HotHardware’s article says there were nine domains, but the text available in its report lists only eight. The original forum post was not independently checked, so the discrepancy remains unresolved; treat the names above as the ones enumerated in that report, not a verified complete list. What might the names parody?
HotHardware suggested that what-up.app could be a WhatsApp-style messaging parody, based on prior leaks. It also speculated that rydeme.app might evoke Lyft or Uber, while buckme.app could resemble Cash App or a more adult-oriented service. Those are fan-facing guesses prompted by the names, not confirmed mappings to real-world brands or announced game features.

Other domains invite jokes and theories, but a suggestive name alone cannot establish what a site would do—or whether it is connected to GTA VI content at all.
Are the domains confirmed to be in GTA VI?
No. The reporting describes domains attributed to Take-Two and possibilities for their use, not Rockstar confirmation that they will appear in the game. GamesRadar relayed this comment from Tez2, described in coverage as a GTAForums insider and dataminer: “These domains could be in-game sites that R* may redirect to VI’s page later on, like what we’ve seen with 4 and 5. Rockstar announced on November 6, 2025 that Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to release on November 19, 2026. That replaces the May 26, 2026 date that was current when the September domain story was published. Rockstar’s release-date announcement
