The PlayStation Store update that sparked the chatter was not a trailer announcement. As of October 8, 2026, Rockstar’s official GTA VI page lists an Extended Look as “Now Playing,” alongside Trailer 1 and Trailer 2, but does not list Trailer 3. Take-Two’s latest results release still gives the game a November 19, 2026 release date for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Is there a new GTA 6 trailer coming?
No new trailer is confirmed by the official information cited here. Rockstar’s GTA VI page, checked October 8, 2026, lists “An Extended Look” as “Now Playing” and displays Trailer 2 and Trailer 1 separately. It does not list a Trailer 3. That describes what the page showed on the check date; it does not rule out a later announcement or establish that no announcement exists elsewhere.

The original story was about fan speculation, not a scheduled reveal. Dave LeClair’s Tom’s Guide article, published November 4, 2025, connected a PlayStation Store listing update to Take-Two’s upcoming Nov. 6 call, while noting reasons a trailer might not arrive. The original article did not report an official trailer announcement.
What was the Nov. 6 GTA 6 earnings call?
It was Take-Two Interactive’s Q2 FY2026 results call on November 6, 2025—two days after the Tom’s Guide article appeared. It is a past event, not an upcoming 2026 call. Take-Two’s investor pages reviewed on October 8, 2026 showed the August 7, 2026 Q1 FY2027 call as the latest listed earnings event; they did not establish a Nov. 6, 2026 call. The calendar can change, so check Take-Two Investor Relations for current event listings. The company’s earnings calendar history records the 2025 call.

Did the PlayStation Store update confirm GTA 6 Trailer 3?
No. The November 2025 report said a PlayStation Store listing update added a mention of GTA+. That change prompted speculation because it appeared near an investor call, but store metadata is not an announcement from Rockstar that a trailer is coming.
The timing argument was also inconclusive. The story pointed out that Trailer 2 had arrived ten days before the preceding earnings call, while Trailer 1 had been announced as coming soon before a call but was not released before it. Those different precedents do not establish a repeatable trailer schedule. Rockstar’s official May 6, 2025 announcement said, “Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 2 is now playing everywhere. All trailer footage was captured on PlayStation 5.” Take-Two’s announcement is evidence of an actual trailer release; the storefront clue was not.
