The Community Series had the highest listed multiplier. That alone does not establish which activity paid the most per hour: the event listings do not provide a controlled earnings comparison, and the activities involve different requirements and time commitments.

Selling GTA$300,000 worth of Special Cargo during the event week earned a GTA$100,000 reward. The bonus applied to reaching the stated sales target; it was separate from the 2X reward listed for Special Cargo Sell Missions.
