To stop a Gyre subscription from renewing, sign in, open your avatar menu, then go to Settings > Subscriptions > Active. Select the subscription, open its three-dot menu and choose Unsubscribe. To request a refund, contact Gyre within 14 days of payment; your account must have streamed for less than 10 hours in total when you submit the request. Gyre’s Terms of Service allow transaction fees to be deducted from an eligible refund.
How to cancel a Gyre subscription
- Sign in to the Gyre account that holds the subscription.
- Click your avatar and choose Settings > Subscriptions > Active.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Open the subscription’s three-dot menu and choose Unsubscribe.
Gyre lists these steps in its pricing-page FAQ. You can also ask customer support to cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next subscription-period charge. Gyre’s Terms of Service state: “To avoid being charged the corresponding amount in the next period, cancel the Subscription before the renewal date.”
If a refund is not available, Gyre says the service remains active until the end of the current subscription period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not, by itself, mean that an already-paid period is refunded.
When Gyre says a refund may be available
Gyre’s English Terms of Service, last updated January 14, 2026, set two conditions for a refund request: submit it within 14 days after payment, and make sure the account’s total stream duration is less than 10 hours when the request is submitted. The hour limit applies to the account’s total streamed time, not just the most recent stream.

Gyre’s pricing FAQ describes a qualifying request as a “full refund,” but the detailed Terms of Service specify that transaction fees are deducted. Do not assume the refund will equal the full amount originally paid.
How to request a refund
- Check the payment date and your account’s total stream duration before contacting Gyre.
- Email [email protected] from the email address used to purchase the subscription.
- Include your account number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting the refund.
- State whether you also want the subscription cancelled. If renewal is approaching, cancel separately through the account settings rather than assuming the refund request will stop renewal in time.
Gyre says refund requests are generally processed within ten business days. That is its stated general processing period, not a guarantee of a decision or payment by a particular date.

Fees depend on how you paid

The fee language and limits above are Gyre’s published policy; the exact deduction for an individual transaction depends on the payment and account details. Ask Gyre support if you need the specific amount before deciding how to proceed.
What happens if you miss the refund conditions
Under the Terms of Service, Gyre does not offer a refund if the request is made after 14 days from payment or if account streams have reached or exceeded 10 total hours at the time of the request. In that case, the service continues through the end of the current subscription period. You can still cancel renewal so another period is not charged.

Gyre also reserves the right to block an account, refuse a refund or offer further service if it considers that someone repeatedly requests refunds or continues using the service while seeking refunds.
Deleting a Gyre account
Account deletion requires an email to Gyre support. If you have an active subscription, explicitly request cancellation as well. For a deletion request paired with cancellation, Gyre applies the same refund requirements: the request must be within 14 days of payment and account stream duration must remain below 10 hours. Gyre says it performs account deletion within seven business days after service termination.

Which Gyre policy applies?
This guidance concerns Gyre at gyre.pro, the streaming service associated with REST & VEST LLC, not unrelated products or teams also called Gyre. The English Terms of Service were last updated January 14, 2026. Gyre’s Ukrainian terms say the English website version prevails if language versions conflict; consult the English Terms of Service for the primary published policy.
Your actual renewal date, payment date, streamed hours, applicable fee and refund decision are account-specific. Check your account and confirm those details with Gyre support.
