Adamant is found on Mount Olympus, the third region of the Surface route in Hades II. Bring the Crescent Pick and mine Adamant outcroppings when you reach the region; you must first unlock and progress through the Surface to get there.
Where to find Adamant in Hades II
Adamant appears in chambers on Mount Olympus, not in the earlier regions of the Surface route. The gameplay guides from PCGamesN and GamesRadar+ both place the resource there.
If you have not reached Olympus yet, unlock access to the Surface and make your way through its preceding regions. Once on Mount Olympus, look around the chambers for mineable Adamant outcroppings.
How to mine Adamant
- Equip the Crescent Pick before setting out.
- Reach Mount Olympus on the Surface route.
- Search chambers for Adamant outcroppings and interact with one to mine it.
Reagent Sensing can help direct you toward materials. Adamant is described as uncommon, so check the region carefully rather than expecting a deposit in every chamber or run. No spawn rate or guaranteed yield is established by the cited guides.

Should you take launchpad shortcuts?
Launchpad exits can move you through the route faster, but they also skip encounters and therefore may reduce the number of chances you have to find Adamant. That is practical farming advice, not a confirmed rule about spawn rates. If you are prioritizing materials, taking more encounters gives you more opportunities to search; if you are prioritizing progress, shortcuts save time.
