Where is Hall of Whispers?
Hall of Whispers is one of the possible dungeons in Corsus. The location entry on the Remnant: From the Ashes Wiki describes four possible Corsus dungeons, or five with the Swamps of Corsus DLC. That is the page’s count, not a guarantee of the complete dungeon pool for every version or run.

Corsus layouts and encounters can vary between realm entries. The community wiki’s Locations entry says layouts, encounters, items, and NPC placements may change when a realm is entered or re-entered; it does not establish what will appear in any particular save.
What comes after Hall of Whispers?
The dungeon leads to Corrupted Sanctum and a boss encounter. The Hall of Whispers location entry names the boss Dream Terror, while the GameFAQs Corsus Dungeons walkthrough calls the encounter Dream Eater. Because the sources disagree, it is safest to recognize both names rather than treat the discrepancy as settled here.

How to find the beetle room and its rewards
Guides describe a rounded room in which a colored beetle may appear. The spawn is random, and the guides give no odds; a Hall of Whispers run is not guaranteed to include the room or a particular beetle color.
- Roll Corsus with Hall of Whispers and explore the dungeon for the rounded room. The beetle room is not guaranteed to appear.
- Watch for a beetle. If one appears, kill it before it retreats into its hole.
- Collect the reward associated with its color: the red beetle yields the Iskal Hunter Band, while the black beetle yields Hardened Carapace, according to Hold To Reset’s Iskal Hunter Band guide.
Hardened Carapace is used to craft the Carapace armor set. The guide to getting Hardened Carapace also reports the beetle room in Strange Pass and associates the armor set with Mar’Gosh’s Lair. That makes Strange Pass an alternative reported location to check if the room does not appear in Hall of Whispers; neither guide establishes a spawn probability.
