PlayStation.Blog announced the Warbond on June 5, 2025, and named June 12, 2025, as its release date. “Next week” in the original announcement referred to that 2025 date, not an upcoming release. What was included in the announced Warbond?
The announcement described four weapons, two armor sets, and a collection of other unlocks:
Weapons
- AR-32 Pacifier: a large-capacity assault rifle.
- G-109 Urchin: a stun grenade that attaches to a target and dispenses electrical pulses.
- AX/ARC-3 “Guard Dog” K-9: an arc-powered companion.
- GL-52 De-Escalator: a support weapon that fires high-powered arc grenades.
Armor
- BP-20 Correct Officer: medium armor.
- BP-32 Jackboot: light armor.
Both sets use the Ballistic Padding passive. The announcement says it grants higher resistance to chest damage, explosive damage, and damage from bleeding.

The announcement’s footnote says players need the base game, a paid purchase of Super Credits, and game progression to unlock the Warbond. It does not state a numeric price. It also does not establish the Warbond’s current availability or current pricing, so those details should be checked in the game or an official store before buying.
