Saber’s FAQ states, “We have 30/60 FPS on PlayStation 5 and XBOX Series X.” That is the clearest performance information available for a console edition: each system is advertised with both a 30-fps and a 60-fps mode. The statement does not identify the resolution attached to either mode, the use of dynamic resolution or upscaling, or whether either mode maintains its target in every scene.

PS5 features
The PS5 description lists DualSense vibration and adaptive-trigger effects. Those features can communicate weapon use, impacts and environmental tension through the controller, but their presence does not indicate a different campaign, enemy set or frame-rate target from Xbox Series X.
PS5 also has 17 accessibility features listed for the game. The available information does not enumerate every option, so it would be misleading to promise a particular subtitle, color, control-remapping or visual setting. If a specific accommodation is essential, check the in-game accessibility menu or the current PlayStation listing before purchase.
Xbox Series X features
Xbox Series X shares the documented 30/60-fps modes and adds platform features rather than a stated graphics advantage. The FAQ does not provide a resolution figure for Series S, so a precise visual comparison with Series X or PS5 would be speculation.

Series S retains the Xbox ecosystem advantages described above, including Play Anywhere eligibility and cloud support where the account and plan qualify. It is therefore a sensible lower-cost Xbox route for players who value that ecosystem and are comfortable with the slower target. If responsiveness is your priority, move to Series X, PS5 or a PC that can sustain a higher setting only after checking your hardware.
Is the Switch 2 version worth the 30-fps limit?
Portability is the reason to choose it
The Switch 2 edition’s defining benefit is the ability to play in handheld mode and then continue on a TV. That flexibility can matter more than a higher frame-rate target if you play in short sessions, travel frequently or do not have a dedicated television setup. The game remains a single-player experience, so there is no multiplayer matchmaking requirement that would make platform population a concern.

Saber lists 30 fps for Switch 2. The publisher does not state a resolution, an upscaling method or frame-time behavior. Expect the same broad story and action-horror structure, but do not assume visual parity with the other consoles or infer a resolution from screenshots made in different display modes.
Players who are sensitive to camera judder or who prefer the most responsive first-person aiming should treat the 30-fps target as a meaningful trade-off. Players who value playing anywhere may reasonably accept it because no other listed version combines this handheld/TV flexibility.
Key card, not a conventional cartridge
The physical Switch 2 edition uses a game key card. A key card is a physical item that authorizes a download rather than containing the entire game in the way a traditional cartridge does; the console may need to download data and retain the card for verification. Saber lists October 30, 2026 as the Switch 2 physical retail date. Check the package and your region’s retailer listing for storage and download requirements before buying a boxed copy.

PC: requirements, flexibility and the evidence gap

An SSD is recommended. The requirements are a floor for launching and targeting the supported experience, not a promise of a particular resolution or frame rate. A system that only meets the minimum should not be assumed to match a console’s 60-fps mode.
Why PC cannot be declared the visual winner yet
PC lets you adjust settings and scale performance with your CPU, GPU, memory and display. However, the available official information does not supply a benchmark chart, recommended specification, resolution targets, upscaling details or frame-time captures. Without those measurements, “PC is best” is conditional: it is best for a player whose hardware exceeds the baseline and who is willing to tune settings, not a proven universal advantage.

Saber describes Hellraiser: Revival as a single-player first-person action-horror survival game and estimates “around 8-12 hours of gameplay, depending on your playstyle.” That is a publisher estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. Exploration, difficulty, retries and optional content can move an individual playthrough outside that range.

Saber says an internet connection is not required, while recommending one for patches. You can therefore plan for offline campaign play after installation, but connecting before your first session is prudent so the game can obtain updates and any platform-specific fixes. Offline access rules for a digital purchase can still depend on your console or Steam account being authorized on the device.
Story and gameplay context
A new story in the Hellraiser universe
Creative Bloq’s October 8, 2026 review describes an original story set in Clairport about 20 years after the first film. Aidan Lynch enters the Labyrinth after Sunny is taken when the Genesis Configuration summons the Cenobites. The PlayStation and Xbox descriptions characterize the game as a first-person action-horror survival experience in which Aidan uses the Genesis Configuration while fighting a cult devoted to the Cenobites.
That premise explains why platform choice is mainly about presentation and convenience rather than exclusive narrative content. The available descriptions do not identify platform-specific missions, characters or endings.

What the review says about play
Creative Bloq praised the visually arresting, Brutalist-inspired Labyrinth and its constant, inventive set pieces. It also criticized stiff controls and boss fights that drag. Those are review observations from the PS5 version. They are useful context for deciding whether the game’s style appeals to you, but they are not measurements of differences between PS5, Xbox, Switch 2 and PC builds.
