Yes, you can check whether your PC is ready for Hellraiser: Revival by comparing it with the official minimum or recommended tier below. The minimum calls for a GTX 1660-class or RX Vega 64-class graphics card and 8 GB of memory; the recommended tier moves to an RTX 3060 or RX 6600 XT, a newer six-core processor and 16 GB of memory. An SSD is recommended for either tier, but the listing does not make one mandatory. These specifications do not promise a particular frame rate or resolution.
Official Hellraiser: Revival PC requirements
The following are the Windows PC specifications listed by Saber Interactive on Steam for the 8 October 2026 release. Both rows require a 64-bit processor and operating system, Windows 10 64-bit with the 22H2 update or later, and 80 GB of available storage. Steam marks an SSD as recommended for both tiers rather than a hard requirement.

| Storage | 80 GB available space; SSD recommended | 80 GB available space; SSD recommended |
These are requirement tiers, not performance guarantees. The official listing does not state a target such as 1080p at 30 frames per second for the minimum row or 60 frames per second for the recommended row. Actual results vary with resolution, graphics settings, drivers, game patches, background programs and the balance between your processor and graphics card.
Can your PC run Hellraiser: Revival?
Meeting the minimum row
A system that matches the minimum row has the hardware the publisher identifies as the entry point for running the game. Check every part of the row, not just the GPU: an older processor, less memory, an unsupported Windows version or insufficient free space can still cause installation or performance problems. A GTX 1660 or RX Vega 64 should therefore be treated as the floor for experimentation with settings, not as a promise of a fixed visual preset or frame rate.

Meeting the recommended row
The recommended row pairs a newer six-core CPU class with an RTX 3060 or RX 6600 XT and twice the minimum memory. That combination gives you more headroom for demanding lighting, volumetric effects and background streaming, but it remains a guidance tier rather than a guaranteed 60-FPS specification. If your PC falls between the two rows, use the smoother-settings procedure below and judge the result at your intended resolution.
What about a GTX 1660?
The GTX 1660 is explicitly listed in the minimum graphics row. Start with a quality upscaler, Medium Lumen lighting and Medium volumetric fog, then adjust one setting at a time. If motion feels uneven, reduce the internal rendering load with the upscaler before sacrificing texture detail. Keep expectations realistic: the listing supplies no official frame-rate table for this card.
What about an RTX 3060?
The RTX 3060 appears in the recommended graphics row. It is the natural starting point for NVIDIA’s DLSS Quality mode, with Balanced available when playing at 1440p or 4K and the Quality image is still too demanding. The recommendation indicates a stronger starting point than the minimum tier, not a universal resolution or frame-rate guarantee.

Use the required Windows build
Verify that Windows is 64-bit and has the 22H2 update or a later release before troubleshooting the game. In Windows, open Settings → System → About to confirm the system type, then use Settings → Windows Update to install pending updates. Restart after a major update so the game, graphics driver and shader cache are working from the same session.

- Gen 4x4 NVMe PCle performance
- Up to 6,000MB/s read, 4,000MB/s write
- Includes Acronis cloning software

Reserve more than the listed capacity
The store listing asks for 80 GB of available space. Leave additional headroom for patches, temporary unpacking files and shader caches rather than filling a drive to its limit. If the installer reports insufficient space despite apparently meeting the figure, clear temporary files or select another drive before retrying.
Why an SSD is recommended
An SSD can reduce asset-streaming delays and make loading transitions more consistent, especially when the game is moving through detailed environments. Steam calls it recommended for both requirement tiers, so a hard drive is not officially disqualified. If you experience long loads, texture pop-in or pauses while moving through a level, installing the game on an SSD is a sensible first change. A 1 TB NVMe SSD also leaves room for the game, updates and the operating system without running the drive nearly full.
Settings that usually improve smoothness
Hellraiser Game Hub’s independent guide, tested against patch 1.02, recommends the following starting point. These are third-party observations, not publisher guarantees, and a later patch or driver can change the balance.

- Supported NVIDIA GPUs: use DLSS Quality first. At 1440p or 4K, try DLSS Balanced if Quality cannot maintain a stable feel.
- AMD GPUs: use FSR 3 Quality as the initial mode.
- Intel or older hardware with XeSS support: use XeSS Ultra Quality.
Quality modes preserve more detail by rendering internally at a higher scale; Balanced modes trade some fine detail for a larger performance gain. If the image becomes visibly soft, return from Balanced to Quality before lowering several other settings at once.

Set Lumen global illumination to Medium
Lumen lighting can be expensive because it calculates dynamic indirect illumination. Medium is the independent guide’s recommended compromise. Lowering it before texture quality usually protects performance while retaining the surface detail that makes environments readable.
Set volumetric fog to Medium
Volumetric fog affects scenes with dense atmosphere, light shafts and layered haze. Medium reduces the cost of those effects without removing them entirely. If frame pacing worsens only in foggy areas, this is one of the first settings to revisit.
Turn motion blur off
Motion blur does not increase rendering performance by itself, but disabling it makes camera movement and image clarity easier to evaluate. It also removes a common source of perceived smearing when an upscaler is active.

Wait for shader pre-compilation
Allow the game’s shader pre-compilation process to finish before beginning a serious play session. Interrupting it can leave the first run with traversal stutter or repeated compilation pauses. After a graphics-driver change or major patch, the cache may need to be rebuilt.

A practical tuning procedure
- Confirm the complete requirement row. Check the CPU, GPU, RAM, Windows version and free space together. A matching graphics card cannot compensate for an unsupported operating-system build or a memory shortage.
- Install on an SSD when possible. This is especially useful if the game is currently on a mechanical hard drive or if streaming produces pauses.
- Update the graphics driver and reboot. Use the driver appropriate to your GPU, then restart so the game does not inherit an old graphics session.
- Start at your monitor’s native resolution. Do not immediately lower the display resolution. Enable the appropriate Quality upscaler first so the game can reduce internal rendering load while keeping the output resolution.
- Use the vendor-specific upscaler. Begin with DLSS Quality on supported NVIDIA cards, FSR 3 Quality on AMD, or XeSS Ultra Quality on Intel and legacy hardware that supports it.
- Set Lumen and volumetric fog to Medium. These are the independent guide’s principal visual-performance compromises.
- Disable motion blur and finish shader compilation. Then load the same demanding area or save repeatedly so comparisons are consistent.
- Change one variable at a time. If performance is still uneven, try Balanced upscaling at 1440p or 4K. If image quality suffers, return to Quality before reducing texture quality or making several changes together.
How to diagnose common performance problems
Low performance everywhere
First verify that the GPU is not below the minimum class and that the game is using the dedicated GPU rather than an integrated adapter. Confirm that no background application is consuming most of the memory or CPU. Then use the upscaler and Medium Lumen/fog baseline. If the result remains poor, the system may be below the listed tier or limited by an unbalanced processor-and-GPU pairing.
Stutter when entering new areas
Check whether the installation is on a hard drive, whether shader compilation completed, and whether the graphics driver was recently replaced. An SSD and a completed shader cache address the two causes directly identified by the available guidance. Repeated stutter after those checks should be reported with the patch number, driver version, resolution, upscaler mode and hardware details.
Blurry or unstable image
Move from Balanced to Quality upscaling first. Verify that the output resolution is still the monitor’s native setting and that resolution scaling has not been reduced separately. Only after restoring acceptable clarity should you consider lowering another setting.

Make sure the drive has more free space than the store listing’s capacity and that the game is installed on an SSD if one is available. Close disk-heavy background tasks while testing. These steps improve the conditions for streaming but do not constitute a guaranteed fix for every patch or system.

What the requirements do—and do not—tell you about FPS
The official specification gives component classes, not measured frame rates. There is no first-party table assigning a resolution or FPS target to either tier. Independent results cannot be generalized because resolution, upscaler mode, driver, patch, CPU/GPU pairing and individual settings all change the outcome. Treat any number reported for a particular test system as a scenario, not as a promise for every PC with the same model name.
Use the demo as a final compatibility check
An independent buying guide recommends comparing your entire PC against the Steam rows and using the free Steam demo as a practical check when it is available in your region. The demo cannot guarantee that every later area or patch will behave identically, but it lets you test loading, shader compilation, image quality and frame pacing on your own monitor before committing to a full installation. Record the resolution, upscaler mode, graphics preset, driver and patch when evaluating the result so a later change can be measured rather than guessed.
When an upgrade is justified
- Below the minimum GPU class: a graphics upgrade is the most direct way to reach the listed entry point.
- Only 8 GB of RAM with frequent hitching: moving toward the recommended memory capacity can provide more operating headroom, especially with browsers or recording tools open.
- Older CPU paired with a capable GPU: a processor upgrade may help frame-time consistency in streaming-heavy scenes.
- Mechanical hard drive: an SSD is the practical storage upgrade because it is specifically recommended for both tiers.
Upgrade the component that is actually limiting your test. A faster GPU will not correct a nearly full drive, an outdated Windows build or an incomplete shader cache.
