The Hollow Knight Wiki’s merchant roster names 21 merchants in Hollow Knight: Silksong, but verified location details are available here for only six. Below are their routes, unlock conditions, and services; the remaining roster names are included so you can see which locations are not confirmed.
Verified merchant locations
These six entries have supported location and service details. A merchant’s location, shop access, and available stock can depend on progression, so follow the relevant condition for each one.
Deep Docks: Forge Daughter
Find Forge Daughter in Central Deep Docks. She crafts tools in exchange for Rosaries and Craftmetal. In Act 3, she can also convert the Ruined Tool obtained from Weavenest Murglin into Silkshot.
Bellhart: Frey
Frey is in Bellhart. She begins selling after Hornet defeats Widow and frees Bellhart. Completing the My Missing Courier Wish expands her stock. Later, after using the Bellhome Key, she can sell furniture for Bellhome.

Marrow and Blasted Steps: Grindle
Grindle’s location changes. Hornet first encounters him in a jail cell in the Marrow, below the Hunter’s March entrance. If you do not free him, he escapes after Hornet reaches Far Fields or Shellwood. He eventually settles in Blasted Steps.
Choral Chambers and Songclave: Jubilana
To find Jubilana, discover Songclave and take The Wandering Merchant Wish from its Wishwall. She is in the western part of Choral Chambers; rescue her there, and she later sets up shop in Songclave. Her listed stock includes Ascendant’s Grip, a Mask Shard, a Simple Key, a Spool Extender, and Rosary String.

Pilgrim’s Rest: Mort
Mort’s shop is in Pilgrim’s Rest. Entry initially costs 30 Rosaries, and entering also gives access to a bench. While the door is open, hit the cogwheel inside to break the locking mechanism and avoid the toll on future visits.
Putrified Ducts and the Flea Caravan: Vog
Vog first appears at a camp above the Putrified Ducts Bellway station. Reaching the camp requires a platforming challenge involving Barnaks; in Act 3, Silk Soar is an alternative. Vog later joins the Flea Caravan, where he sells pins marking lost Flea locations for Rosaries.
